System overload & I'll spare most details, I got lucky with my first pick! I computer stalked credentials, sorry it's a bad habit I suppose, but at least I am honest about it. Tracey Turner was a top candidate both in her background and her convenience, distance wise to my home. So I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best when I first booked an appointment to 1st Choice Obstetrics and Gynecology. It's a very calming office, generally always quiet when I come in. They are quick to get you checked in and even more so quick to get the ball rolling. The nurses (I've had 4 different ones) have all been super friendly and personable, even when I'm not so much of either but more so half dead, it's gotten worse as months progressed. Pretty sure it's a fascinating thing to watch a person's energy and life being sucked out of them, haha (kids start that routine even before they are around!). Doctor Turner has by far exceeded my expectations; as though I can have any given this is my first pregnancy and I don't know what really to expect other than it takes a daunting, long, drawn out, 9 months of being a human vessel. She is thorough with answering all questions and giving out additional informative information every step of the way. Very personable and friendly, you almost forget you're in the doctor's office, until you think about the idea that you can see the entire morning traffic racing down 45 and the blinds are all open wide and they tell you bottoms off today. Maybe that parts just me it just makes me laugh in an odd sort of way, you're on the 4th floor by the way no one can see you... I hope.

During my labor, she kept myself and my mother calm thought the whole process while my baby was having issues with his heart rate dropping. If we can't treat an 80 year old woman with respect, if we can't listen to them and give them the best care, where are we headed as a society. Shameful. She has called so many times trying to get what is owed. I'm disappointed. I'm disgusted. I'm so angry. My son was assessed by the nurse and then by the doctor and got an IV hydration and some pills for nausea. I mentioned that he maybe passed out or had a seizure 4 days ago. we stay there until around 5:30 AM when he was dismissed. Now I found out that the doctor decided to make an upgrade to Emergency room with no explanation about it. I was tired and under stress so I signed on their Ipad. The bill is 1,560 dollars for an IV hydration and nausea pills they also did a CT scan. he only had a stomach virus. Don't go over there unless you really need an Emergency Room

You don't have to worry about dealing with all the insurance mess (waiting for approvals, tons of paperwork, etc.) and just pay a reasonable visit fee. First, the "doctor" I'll use that term loosely in this review, when I first complained of abdominal pain she rushed me out to take a pregnancy test while asking me for $20 immediately to cover the cost. I had to take the test before she would move on just Incase because "if she prescribed me anything that could harm me I could take her license away" real professional here. Then a basic consult was done and I was sent on my way with some basic stomach meds that didn't help at all. I paid cash for this visit and now, 6 months later I'm getting a bill for the whole visit!! I called to get this fixed and no one answers the phone or returns your calls. Horrible service, no one is professional and I guess the front desk attendants made an extra $200 take home cash from my pain.
