I did notice it took much longer than I expected before we were serviced, even though I called ahead for an appointment. They were busy but not all the manicurists were with a client. So, unsure of the delay. We got the basic pedi with add-on gel mani. Loved my pedi massage that included a foot scrub. Service was good, but nothing WOWed me. Prices for pedi were typical, but the add-ons (gel removal and gel mani) were over the top. Hoping that my mani/pedi will last at least a week as they said it should, otherwise not worth what I paid.

I said it hurt but he did it again then snapped at me to stop moving. When I called to let them know a couple days after how bad my thumb was hurting, they said he said he never did that and basically it was my fault for not staying still and he was in a rush since he had to leave. They never responded to the last text I sent. They all definitely need to work on their customer service as well, they all look annoyed majority of the time and are not super nice to customers. I was then passed to a different technician who seemed inexperienced and unsure of what she was doing. I got cat eye gel, and the results were extremely inconsistent. My left hand looks great, but my right hand looks terrible. The magnetic effect is uneven, and each finger looks different. On top of that, all of my nail edges are rough and poorly finished. I paid $72+20% tip for this, which is honestly not worth it. I shouldn't have even left a tip given the experience. Overall, very disappointing service and lack of professionalism.
