For background, I was looking to ease some logistics and responsibilities for the day of the party. I needed someone to basically handle every aspect of drinks. The Bartender Company did just that with a simple online form, several clarity/deposit emails, and one walkthrough of the space. They brought in their own bar equipment, decorated the bar, provided ALL the beverages, (i.e., liquor, mixers, soda, water, juice, beer, wine), provided options to adjust pricing and liquor quality (it was worth the top shelf purchase), and even their own glass drinkware (again this option is a must). Day of the party, I basically welcomed in the The Bartender Company two hours before the party and they handled everything from there...they were more than capable of their responsibilities which freed myself to move on to other tasks. The Bartender Company sent Shawn and Bobby and they were amazing! Both were very personable and wowed all our guests. I can't tell you how many people have said Shawn and Bobby were so fun and skilled at their craft. I know they will be asked by name when friends obtain The Bartender Company's services for their own events. Bobby and Shawn were on point during the party...making drinks hand over fist, collecting and cleaning glasses, and even cleaning spilled/broken glasses. My friend had an amazing wedding at this beautiful Victorian Mansion in Walnut Grove. It was picturesque with the most amazing garden. She hired this company specifically because they had a hedge backdrop to match the garden theme of her ceremony. She was excited and we were excited! Long story short--we were 100% disappointed. Not only did they not deliver on their promise to use the backdrop they agreed on, but they used a rose gold sequins background because "it was the most popular" as an alternative. It wouldn't have been so bad except for the fact that it DID NOT EVEN CLOSELY MATCH ANYTHING in the wedding. It stuck out like a sore thumb. OK whatever right? At least we had pictures we can look back on? Nope. It's been three weeks since the wedding and the picture gallery that came with the purchase price is still nowhere to be found. Just to provide context on how quickly these things typically appear, I had a photobooth at my wedding too and the pictures were available the same night. On top of this, the main attendant was so rude when we tried to fix the fact that they were breaching the contract by not providing the services that was paid and agreed on. They didn't communicate well with their client and still felt that it was okay to be super rude. I would definitely not recommend this company for your photobooths needs. There are far better companies out there who will actually deliver what you agreed on, paid for and not breach a legal binding contract.
