We were surprised about how rejuvenated our carpeting looked even though we did not think it needed cleaning. Also, they moved everything to clean carpet -- except the piano which would need tuning if moved around. They also put furniture up on little blocks or plastic pads. Can't say enough about how thorough, courteous, and diligent they were. We had this done in the winter, and it took about 6 hours to completely dry.
