First off this is at the Las Vegas Ballpark. This years theme is the Nutcracker. Going the first weekend was awesome as there was a $15 discount on tickets, complimentary pictures and being that F1 was in town and a free concert on Fremont, the park was virtually empty. This year the decorations were better than last year, they really did an amazing job. There is a maze for you to walk through to find the gigantic Nutcrackers with different themes for each one. There are two large keyboards you can walk on, a humungous dance floor, an ice skating rink and a giant slide you can go down on inner tubes. Upstairs you will find vendors with all sorts of crafts, food booths and concessions. The lights, the music and the people made this an amazing holiday experience. Even though prices will be a little higher for the rest of the season, it is definitely worth going. We were there for almost 3 hours and it did not even seem like it. I highly recommend a visit to Enchant. There is plenty of parking and the staff are friendly and available to help. read more

We have actually went for 3 years now and my kids love it. Do I think it's a little expensive? Yes, but their smiles and the memories are priceless. They did have snow slides this year and we decided to buy tickets. It was everything! We had so much fun and I felt like I was in Colorado. Google promo codes because they usually offer discounts. Me and My Friend that lives in Vegas decided to check this place out at the Las Vegas Ballpark. It. Was. Magical. I've never been to anything like this and it was so beautiful. They had transformed this baseball park into a winter wonderland with a maze of lights and displays. They even had a fun adventure where you could save the North Pole by finding all the clues on a card. Let me tell you, that was really fun. We went early and I always recommend it cause by 8 PM it was super crowded and we ended up leaving. It was so cute, they had bunch of vendors selling cute trinkets, holiday snacks, body creams, and clothing. They had a curated list of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and even collectors cups. We had just eaten so we did not enjoy any of the food there but they did have lumpia, tamales, tacos, sweet kabobs, grilled cheese and tomato soup plus whatever the concession stands were serving. They did have many of the walkways down to the field blocked off so just be aware of that. All around the stadium were plenty of photos ops. In the center of the field they had a giant maze that had bars, snacks, skating rink, and slide. There was even a light up dance floor and light up piano - it was so cool and really fun. Outside of the stadium they did have food trucks that served drinks, pizza, corn dogs and more. They do change it every year but it's family friendly, fun for all ages, and a great date place. My wife and I have made it a tradition to do Enchant every year at the Las Vegas Ballpark, but this review is specific to the 2025 experience. I will say is that the box office was very accommodating in moving tickets when we requested as we were not able to attend the initial date we chose due to illness. Overall, the event itself is very festive, the light display is amazing. We attend a lot of Aviator games so it's cool to see the ballpark transformed into the winter wonderland. Every year the theme is different, with only the big Christmas Tree and ice skating being the constants. Although the maze portion has a "game" with a scratch off card that the kids can play as they search the maze, it is fun for anyone of all ages to get to walk around and see the different light displays. There's plenty of vendors with hot drinks, food and adult beverages. My biggest issue this year was that they've really turned to capitalizing on the popularity and charge an arm and a leg for the photo opportunities and the new slide attraction. I also felt like the vendors were not as diverse or plentiful this year but I'm sure it's been a struggle for a lot of them as it has been for many small business owners. It's something we'll continue to do unless the price gets out of control or they start charging for everything individually haha. read more

This was my first time going and I loved it. From the start, parking was easy and free!! The light displays were absolutely beautiful and so thoughtfully done. I kept stopping just to take everything in. It really did feel magical walking through it all. We paid to go down the ice slide which was a ton of fun. The wait was kinda long so I recommend buying the express pass for it. We also grabbed some food, and everything we tried was yummy with plenty of options to choose from. They have a lot of drink options and alcoholic beverages as well. The bars were scattered throughout the venue. And there were a lot of small local venders set up for cute gifts. Overall, it was such a festive experience and one of those nights that just puts you in a great mood. I'd definitely go again and would recommend it to anyone read more

This has to be the best Christmas light display, hands down!! This year's theme was the night of the nutcracker. There are 8 nutcrackers to find, as well as ice skating, a massive slide, and a giant Christmas tree in the middle. I absolutely love champ this year the lights, the maze everything so beautiful and well thought out. They had ice-skating which I tried for the first time and was so much fun. They also have a tubing if you're not into ice-skating I feel like it's not as scary. I love that they have bars throughout the mail so that way you don't have to go all the way back to the beginning just to get a refill. My favorite is the hot chocolate. They also have some cute drinks that come in lightbulbs that light up. They're super kid friendly and also date night friendly. I love how they have all of these small businesses in the upper floor to purchase items and they also have food up there. This place is absolutely amazing! I have always wanted to come here and I finally got to in December 2024 which turned out to be an even more magical night! I love Christmas and I love lights and things that give you that hallmark Christmas movie vibe. We got our tickets online which was convenient and easy. We made sure to read the rules prior which are on the website. My parents flew in to visit and went with us and 2 of the 4 kids came. This place is so magical. It's all lit up and beautiful. It's massive. It's more beautiful than the photos. It's held at the baseball park so lots of walking but you are so lost and mesmerized by the lights and activities that you don't notice how much walking it is. We took photos every chance we could and there was a huge ball that looked like a pumpkin from far away but it was actually a light bulb and that will now forever be my favorite spot as I got engaged that night in that ball and it was so beautiful. Needless to say I was on cloud 9 all night and ever since. There was actually a huge engagement ring spot that we found later on that would have been perfect and a lot of couples got engaged in front of but we made sure to get additional photos in front of it. There is so much to see and do here that we didn't even get to explore the hole place cause it was so cold so make sure you dress warm but I truly cannot recommend this magical place enough! This is the 2nd time I've visited Enchant Las Vegas. We opted to park on the East side of the Ball Park which had a lot of parking. However, the entrance is on the opposite end. The ADA entrance is on that side of the ballpark. We purchased our tickets online which was easy and our tickets were digital. Everything was smooth. The only negatives: Food and Drinks are expensive. So if you're coming with your family be prepared. Our family did the Ice Skating. It was painful standing in line. Apparently, we were not able to complete the waiver prior. There were some issues so we had to sign it when we got there. Waiting to use the IPADS were irritating. We tried again doing the waiver online on our phone and Yay it finally worked. All these people to sign the waiver and only 3 IPADS. When we were finally skating it was FUN. Very pretty lights, but this experience is ridiculously expensive. We went at the latest time possible 8:30pm and our tickets were $25, anytime before this was $40. The ticket was only for entrance, ice skating, food, drinks, and everything else was an additional charge. If you wanted to take your family this would cost hundreds of dollars. Such a magical experience seeing so many light displays, walking through the maze, and ice skating all in one location. From the tunnels, to larger than life Christmas Tree, to the many light displays around every corner, this place does not disappoint. They also had a bar everywhere but the drinks were $20 and were basically juice so probably could skip that. I also got to ice skate which was so much fun!! They kept the lines flowing and had lots skate sizes so you don't have to wait around. The skating rink wasn't too crowded so it was nice to move about. The ice skating ring and tall light Chrismas Tree are very unique. Staff was all friendly, and parking was easy. My friend and I went to Enchant to jumpstart our Christmas spirit. The event was beautiful. There was a maze, different food and goods vendors, drinks, and soooo many beautiful lights. We got there around 7:30pm and stayed until it closed at 9:30pm. The only dings I can think of were- there was only 1 or 2 entrances to the downstairs lights, out of the entire ballpark. Also, most vendors shut down well before the event is over at 9:30. Either way, it was so cute for families, with multiple options for photo ops, entertainment, and activities. We absolutely loved our time at enchant. The light display maze and photo ops made it 100000% worth it. It gets crowded so go early! We were in the first group to enter, skip the shops and go straight to the maze for the best pictures without anyone in the way lol. Our son loved the light up dance stage. He could play there for hours if we let him. Once you get around 730, it's pretty packed tight with the walking space between all the shops. read more

Really disappointed, they charged almost 200 dollars for the tickets for 6 pf us to go inside, once we are inside you walk in to a small maze with a bunch of lights around, that's it, we tried to go to the sliders and we couldn't go in unless we buy tickets for it, another 100 dollars almost, then we went to the ice skating and nothing you also need to buy another 100 dollars ok tickets for the 6 of us, it's just ridiculous that we the almost 200 we paid at the entrance you don't have acces to nothing inside, only a maze with lights which you finish going through in 10 to 15 min. Oh and not to mention that drinks inside are from 15 to 26 dollars each drink... it was a really disappointing experience. Disappointed. Enchant was so much better a few years ago! Went in 2021 and again in 2025. Here's the summary. Markets: In 2021 the market booths were filled with beautiful handcrafted Christmas decor and gifts. This year, it was mostly the typical farmers market booths-- think 3D printed junk, cheap light up swords, dog treats... nothing we wanted to buy. Ice Skating: More expensive this time ($19 extra per person on top of admission) and much less space to ice skate. There used to be a larger area with more turns and photo ops. Now the space is tiny. Food: Last year, we found some yummy treats from legit venders. This time, we dropped lots of $$ on chocolate fruit kebabs (the strawberries were still green) and "hot chocolate" -- AKA straight water. Asked if they could add more chocolate and they said it was premixed. The only positive here is the MEXICAN HOT CHOCOLATE from the empanada factory LV stand hidden inside of the maze. That alone made the experience worth it. IF YOU GO, PLEASE FIND THIS STAND. These guys deserve all the business. They had the only great food in the whole ball park! Lights: About the same, though now there are sledding hills which minimized the size of lights/skating rink. Overall, we were all disappointed. Our group decided we wouldn't ever come back. ENCHANT 11/22/2024 I want to say thank you for the experience of it and we appreciate the opportunity for this festive holiday opportunity. But, it was not festive at all for transforming into this coming holiday season. When we arrived, we put ourselves into the security line to enter the venue. We were not allowed to go thru because one of my sons brought his water bottle with him. So I had to walk it all the way back to our car-so I did. Once I returned, we all got back in line for security check and passed thru to the entry line, we couldn't go thru because now I had to go to the ticket office-so I walked to the ticket office to exchange the digital tickets into another set of emailed one by one digital tickets. So, now we had to get back in line for security check again. Then crossing our fingers at the entry line into Enchantment. Finally, got to the entrance and at this point we had no form of direction/s as there were no one manning the entrance to ask questions. So I asked a bartender there at the entrance a couple of questions and she was clueless and didn't have any answers, she said it was the first day of this event. (That wasn't the first time I would hear those words uttered). So, since I've been to the park before, we were looking for coffee or hot chocolate and the guest services which was back to the entrance area on the inside-we were at the far area of the left field. We walked thru a maze of buy buy buy vendors (mind you every employee I interacted with had a sour face, no holiday salutations and we heard those words again "it is the first day") to then finally the guest services. With our $22 coffee my wife wanted-why $22? The small coffee was about $10 & the 1 shot of Kkahlua was over $11-and it was cold not hot-plus we had to hit two vendors to get that drink. So, at the guest services not finding the entrance to the venue spectacular event yet, because the map shown online and the hidden one at the venue was big to the exact of the parks geography. I asked how do I or where do I request the items of the purchase packages I purchased additional to our tickets given to this holiday venue? The guest services representative finally said here you get your items. So a sight of relief of all the stress before even venturing to the entry to go down to the maze via first base area of the park. Once we were down on the field I was finally we are going to enjoy this festive venue. I asked these three young elf's who were juggling and dancing around is this entry (still have t heard a happy holiday or merry Christmas salutations, and not these elf's either uttered these words) but, gave us the scratch off cards for the maze and told us all that if we find these bells we can take this card to the Enchanted Shop at the end and get a small gift. (There was no gift!) So, we walked thru the maze with it lights and its festive glory. It was nice but, the only nice thing about it was the free picture with a camera man but, we only found out it was free is because I asked what is the cost for a picture by the huge Christmas tree. Plus, that was the only nice thing we all got out of it, the free picture. (Still no holiday salutations). Once we roamed around the lit up maze with holiday music, we were In the area of the left field near the owl further up to the polar bear. It was hard to enjoy the immersive holiday environment, as we had holiday music and a musician on a stage by the skating area (as I peaked thru the covered fence) singing some not so holiday music, I can't even write what the songs were as they were some very sad songs not for the festive experience you should be in. SMH. Finally we exit going upward and behind some struggling handicapped people trying to climb up right field to exit and no employees to assist these needed people to exit. So I helped as to my family helped these struggling people trying to get up to the main walk way areas by the finally found hidden Enchant Shop. And we finally heard some holiday salutations as my family said merry Christmas to the other struggling family we assisted going up those inclined steps. I let my kids pick up their gifts with their $20 voucher. Which was the highlight of the night with their gifts free family photo. I asked one of the elf's at the Enchant Shop where do we return these scratch off maze cards and he said at the guest services. At the guest services I requested the small gifts for my kids with these scratch off maze cards and the person that said "this is the first day of the venue" sadly said "we have no gifts, you just drop it off at the Santa mail box on the way out when you exit. So I looke for the mysterious Santa Claus Postal box but, it must be part of the holiday mystery secrets of the venue-didn't find it and sadly we discard them at a trash can as we exited the highly anticipated Christmas venue that didn't move us into the holiday spirit we should've had inside. I had some time to reflect on the Enchant Las Vegas at Resorts World Casino. It's the holiday season and this is supposed to be a big event. It did have a ton of people here but even with a large number of people it still felt empty. I'm not sure why that is but maybe the layout of everything was just a little odd. To get to the place we followed the floor signs that pointed to the direction of the entrance when we got into the casino. To take photos around the area you were walking on dirt and of course, my black boots were filthy after that. I didn't imagine walking in the sand since it's supposed to be a winter event. There are two Enchant locations, one at the Aviators ballpark in Summerlin and one at Resorts World on the Strip. This review is for the Resorts World location. Wow, this event is overpriced to a fault. I had comped tickets and it's a good thing I did because I would've been furious had I paid the just under $50 PER PERSON ticket price for admission! What you get for your ticket price is admission to a very small area with Christmas Market inspired huts that sell overpriced junk made in China (and some handmade crafty items thrown into the mix, think the same items you'd see at a fair: ugly mass-produced holiday ornaments, some handmade lotions, soaps, and poor quality scarves for $15) or small portions of ridiculously priced food and drinks ($12 popcorn, $12 hot chocolate, $8 gingerbread cookies). There is a light "maze" with string lights and trees and giant reindeer made out of lights, which is pretty but so what? I could see similar light displays for free just by driving around neighborhoods. You can meet "Santa" if you don't mind a long wait in line. There's also a "stage" area with local, mediocre performers caterwauling out holiday songs to a three-person audience. That's all you get for your admission price. Want to ice skate? That's an EXTRA $25 PER PERSON. Want to skip the admission line? There goes another $25 PER PERSON. Basically, you buy a $50 ticket just to get inside an area and spend more money. NO THANKS. Who would do this? It's a giant rip-off, and I'm here to warn everyone thinking of paying to do this. At least parking at Resorts World is free. I love the holidays, but admission should be free or $5, NOT $50. And the ice skating rink is too small and crowded, no way I'd pay an additional $25 to do it. The ice looked like it was in awful shape, too. It did intermittently "snow," which added to the mood I guess -- it's that soap bubble fake "snow" like they have at Disneyland. The light displays are small and boring, and I only saw THREE heaters around so dress super warmly! They need to put out more heaters and sitting areas so people can enjoy each other's company and not freeze while doing so. I don't want to sound like the Grinch or Scrooge, but save your money to buy gifts or spread cheer by donating to a charity. I cannot believe this place has any customers. In fact, we pushed our trip back by a day because was closed Monday & Tuesday the week we went. It was cool to see up close in person and I got some fun/good pictures! However it wasn't AS amazing as I was hoping/expecting. The shopping area was a bit disappointing. We planned on buying stuff but nothing jumped out at us... My friend and I were excited to get the festive cocktail in the fun, light-up cup. Unfortunately we couldn't just pick anything we wanted (Ex. No jack & coke, no vodka cran, etc). Fortunately the guy did let us swap out the alcohol (it's set to come with bourbon I believe it was) but we still had to get the other ingredients in it which was pomegranate juice, sprite and something else I don't remember. The drink was OK and pricey at $20 bucks. It was cool to experience once but I wouldn't do it again. Especially for $40. read more

Every holiday season, I'm always looking for the best place to enjoy holiday light displays. I heard about Hallmark's Enchant-Las Vegas while watching Hulu, and thought we'd check it out. Located at Resorts World on The Strip, the excitement really begins as you park your car in the garage. You are able to see the full scale of just how many lights there are. Like a moth to a flame, it really attracts you and makes you want to see it all up close. There is a long line to wait to purchase tickets. But your best option is to purchase online and scan the barcode at the gate to enter so you don't have to wait. There are posters on the walls of Resorts World that have a barcode on them. You can scan the barcode to take you directly to the ticket ordering section of their website. Tickets are purchased on a time entry, so make sure you know when you want to enter when purchasing your tickets. We visited on a Wednesday and they had a special of 1 free child's ticket for each adult ticket purchased. There were 4 of us in our party, so we paid $95 for our group. After entering the gate, the fun begins. They give you a scavenger hunt passport book that allows you to hunt for missing reindeer. Each time you find a reindeer, you can stamp your passport book, then drop the completed passport in Santa's mailbox for a chance to enter a drawing. My family really had a lot of fun hunting the reindeer. We all love a challenge. They have a large light maze that is a lot of fun as well. You never know what you might see as you turn each corner of the maze, it was pretty spectacular. They had tunnels of lights, and lots of cool displays for your own photo ops. The centerpiece of the maze is a huge holiday tree. I don't know how tall it is, but it's HUGE and beautiful. Besides the maze, they had a main stage with music, entertainment, dancers, and performers. They also had a couple of smaller stage areas with singers as well. Lots of food trucks and vendor booths selling hot coco, cotton candy, pizza, sandwiches, alcohol beverages, souvenirs, gifts, shirts, ornaments and so much more. There was also a cozy warm Holiday house that had bean bags, couches and played holiday themed movies and performances from The Hallmark Channel, a nice place to sit, relax and warm up. They also had a variety of games to play, a life-sized chess board, corn hole and more. I could see how a family could spend a pretty penny here buying drinks, snacks, food, and all the extras that are enticing to buy when you're in the moment. They even have a nice sized ice skating rink that includes skate rentals, however, this is not included in the initial ticket price. If you're on a budget, I suggest you eat and drink hot coco before you enter so you're not tempted to spend more inside. They do not allow you to bring any food or drinks inside the venue. At Resorts World, this magical village pops up with a maze and special mission for its guests to solve by collecting stamps to enter to win the ultimate Hallmark movie experience. They feature local entertainment on stages through out, food for some of Vegas's hottest food places and local shops and artists selling great holiday gifts. They also have awesome signature mock tails and cocktails that come in branded lightbulb glasses that are perfect for a great photo opp. There are also a ton of places to take photos inside including with Santa. Resorts World has free parking so if you are bringing a family it's a great deal for 2 adults and 2 kids. As adults on a Saturday evening, entry fee was about $50 including all fees per person, which is a tad steep. read more

It's probably one of the best Christmas events I have ever been to! It costs about $53 a person (not including skating) There is so much to do and see. You got the maze, which is full of large displays. No overcrowding, so you can take pictures without anyone photo bombing you. You can play along and use your stamp card every time you spot a reindeer. The entertainment is everywhere, from the singers on the stage, a band marching through every so often, to the elves running around the maze. Everyone has smiles on their faces and ready to help you if you need it. The food, of course, is pricey, but it's to be expected. You don't come to these events to save money. I couldn't wait to get my hands on the souvenir light bulb container! It lit up, and you could change the light to blink different ways. $15 was worth it because I still use it. If you get too cold, you can have a seat and warm up in the tents. They have tables too if you want to bring you food. They have ice skating, which I didn't do because I suck at it. Omg how beautiful! It was my first time going to any light show in Las Vegas, and i was blown away. This was a lot more than i ever anticipated. I got there later than planned but i was very happy to see a discounted rate for people arriving late. It was only $25. From 9:30 till close 11:30. And if you want to ice skate its an additional $25. For regular admission i believe its $39. If you buy a 4 pack you get 20% off. They have so much stuff here, its worth every penny. Lights galore, mazes, a ice rink, adorable shops, tasty holiday foods, fake snow at the exit, and more. Its beyond very Instagram-able here. read more

I'm not sure why this place doesn't have a better rating. Although it was freezing, I still really enjoyed seeing all the beautiful lights. My boyfriend's mom got proposed to here and it was super easy to photograph and create beautiful videos of it, because of how scenic the lights were. We did not go through the whole maze because members of our group were too cold to continue, but we still got beautiful photos and had a great time. Snack/drink bars are available throughout. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. read more

Ok so this was OK, don't get me wrong it's pretty to look at, I like the way they stagger the time of entry, and there are some cool vendors! But in no way shape or form was this worth $95 for 2 people to walk through and see. Again very nice to look at, but seriously you can walk through the entire thing in like 15 minutes, and that's just not worth the price of admission! Now if you have kids, maybe as they'll be highly entertained, but for 2 adults, yeah not worth it! read more

My family of six had a nice time at Enchant and I would definitely say, there are some important things to know. There are plenty of people for whom money is no issue, this post is not for you. The admission fee for the six of us cost me approximately $185. In the grand scheme of things, I was considering what I got for that price. And I would describe it as $185, we got to experience the enchant maze. Which is beautiful Christmas lights which help to build up the holiday spirit. In the maze, there are countless of pretty photo opportunities that can include snowman, sleighs you can sit in and take photos, and a scavenger hunt part of it so you get a ticket when you walk in and it encourages you to scratch off items on your ticket once you come across them in the maze. There are many vendors on the top floor of the bald park of food and arts and crafts and drink drinks. For example, my daughter bought one bag of popcorn, I would guess 16 ounces or so and it was $12. On the main stage, they had a cirque like/ballerina entertainer for a while, who put on a pretty dance. We went on ugly sweater night so we stayed and watched the contest of people wearing ugly/funny Christmas sweaters. So the things I'd like for you to know before you go is that all of the vendors are very pretty and have nice arts and crafts, but they are definitely pricey. Also, the skating rink that is prominent on the main floor, does not have any prices listed and it is not included as part of your admission ticket. We paid $16 per adult. For our party of six that included kids and adults we paid an extra $60 for skating They do not allow drinks inside, I had to throw out my drink when I came in. There are no water fountains to be found, and there are plenty of concession stands and bars available on the top floor and the bottom floor. A single Dasani bottle of water is $6. A pretzel with cheese at the concession stand was $13 Thankfully, parking is free, just know that the parking lot is on the opposite side of the main entrance. The only entrance that's directly across from the parking lot is for ADA only. So be prepared to park and then walk clear to the other end of the building that faces the mall/red rock Casino. The lights were spectacular and the ice skating was fun. They had a very cute and cozy Christmas market set up near the entrance. The parking lot is FAR. Prepare to walk all the way from the Resorts world self parking to Resorts world. Once you're in through the main doors, take a right until you're in the hall with the giant rotating globe. We paid extra for VIP and there was NO reason to get it. Biggest waste of money. There is no benefit to it. Ice skates are so dull and everyone was walking around on the gravel with them on ruining them even more. We went Christmas Eve and it was packed and they were still selling tickets! read more

To enter the event was a trek from the parking lot. That being said, the event itself was incredible! My wife, son, daughter and her boyfriend had a great time. The lights were beautiful. The maze to find the reindeer and stamp our passports was so much fun! The passports you ask? Find all the reindeer to complete your passport. Rubberstamps are at each reindeer station to mark your passport. Completed and correct passports are entered for a drawing to win a walk on of a filming of a Hallmark movie!!!! We all entered our passports with my wife's name on it. They had booths with crafts food and drinks. It was a great evening. read more
