AMAZING! I purchased tickets on Groupon for my man friend and myself. The tickets were good for 1yr -- which provides a nice cushion time. The balloons leave at sunrise & from the photos you can tell it's a spectacular view and experience. Dave was great! absolutely amazing ! wind , sunrise , fresh air . best beginning of the day ! Dave is a professional . not even for a second we felt uncomfortable or scared ( and let me tell you those landings can be scary ). the whole crew is on top of everything ...picking us up in the landing spot , getting us a glass of champagne after ....even offering us a ride ( since our "driver" was cold asleep back in hotel , and we were going to walk back). loved it so much ! if I could give 10 stars I would ! thank you guys ! you made our getaway absolutely unforgettable ! read more

Dave was patient explaining what was expected, answered questions, even recorded another passenger who was playing a ukele. The ride was smooth, we went above the clouds, saw bucks running through the wild and the Fall foliage was beautiful. People waved at us from their backyard when we were low. read more

Back in December, my bf surprised me with two tickets to Enchanted Balloon Tours. I was a little skeptical since there were BARELY reviews, and the two that show here on yelp were from back in 2016. Everything is done over text, which is even more sketchy, however, Dave remained nice even as I sent him a million questions. Dave only takes out the balloon on Saturday and Sundays, and so we had to wait until September due to weather issues, which was frustrating, and again sketchy, because I started thinking we'd never end up going on the balloon ride and the company would just keep our money. BUT finally, the day came, and it couldn't have been more perfect. Dave recommended sneakers in case we landed in dewey grass, which is exactly what had happened, but now our feet are completely soaked. So judging by the weather, I'd honestly recommend wearing rain boots or waterproof/resistant shoes. The balloon ride was a lot of fun, however, there isn't much to see besides trees, big houses, swamps, and farm land. So if that would interest you, I'd definitely recommend checking it out! It is a cool experience, i guess I wanted to see more of a city skyline than anything. The basket that held us was unexpected. Each corner holds 3 people. The standing room is very small, and it may be an issue for older folk to climb in, so be warned! We fly up high for a short period of time, but mostly we float up and down near, above, and around trees. It is a cool interesting/experience, and everyone seemed to really enjoy themselves. My only note would is to management/owners regarding sharing more info with customers. Dave came over, said hi, we got in the balloon, and he was quiet most of the time unless someone asked a question. And when people did ask about altitude, and other things, he gave very brief answers or gave off the vibe that he was just going with the flow, and I feel like that is why a lot of us were confused, freaked out, and why I was initially skeptical about the company. I feel like a little bit more personableness, energy, and reassurance that everything was going exactly how it was supposed to be, would've made the trip even better! My opinion only, and all in all, we had a cool time. read more

My boyfriend purchased 2 tickets from here for our anniversary and I was really excited but everything that followed after has pissed me off a great deal. Not only was our original appointment rescheduled by the company, NOT US, due to "bad weather", even though the weather forecast showed clear skies for the entire week, but when he tried contacting them to figure out a date that worked with both his and my schedule, they completely ignored him. For weeks, we heard nothing from them, despite sending emails and making multiple phone calls. Our anniversary was on July 23 and we STILL have not been able to use our tickets. I wouldn't recommend that anyone spend their money here because this serious lack of professionalism is really worrying coming from a business. read more

Wow! Wow! This EXPERIENCE is DEFINITELY worthy of 10 STARS!!!!!!! What can I say to describe the Wonderful & Amazing time we had with Dave on his truly Enchanted Hot Air Balloon Ride. I was visiting my awesome sister from Texas who SURPRISED me with this memorable experience. Let me start by sharing how PERFECT the weather was on Sunday, October 13th "Simply Gorgeous"! We were the last ride of the day there were 8 of us everyone was giddy and excited "All First Timers"! The loading process was too funny don't be like me and hop in the balloon without using the foot holes LOL it was hysterical (I'm still laughing)! Once in the air sweet Dave was bombarded with a million questions mostly from me, but he answered easily with a smile. Thanks Dave!!!! Now let me tell you about the ride- touching the "Tree Tops" is no longer a figurative statement for me it was so COOL!!!! I actually pulled leaves from the top of the trees. Dave pointed out the New York Skyline; it was so clear and phenomenal to see it at an aerial view. Took tons of pictures calendar worthy for REAL!!! Hey! Dave when I come back to visit my sister I'll visit you too for sure! Sometimes words do little to express or describe the amazing Fun, Fun, Beautiful and Spectacular Experience!!!
