I texted and called the week leading up to the trip to get specific info on where to meet and what to bring as well as trying to give a deposit. No one returned any of my texts or calls. So, here I am, feeling horrible about asking multiple people to take the day off and like a fool that my husbands birthday present is nonexistent. It was the perfect decision and escape for a group of 6 including two seniors and 2 kids. Our driver was awesome and informative! He gave us an awesome tour of the lake and didn't rush us at all. He took his time, provided details about the lake and suggestions as to where to dine while in the area. He even gave us some history of the area. After weeks of failed attempts to make contact I decided to email them. After several back and forth emails over the course of a few days (they only send responses in the middle of the night) I requested someone call me directly to book an appointment because I was told that time slots available on the website were actually NOT available. I never heard back despite continued follow up. When contacting Groupon to put in a claim I was advised there were many complaints for the same reason. Don't waste your energy.
