I have had three treatments now, and my spots have lightened significantly. Toward the end of my series I mentioned I was NOT noticing results. I was then told I wouldn't see results with only doing the series of treatments I had purchased. I was told I would need skin tightening in addition because my skin is too loose. And then I was told they were also getting a new sculpting machine that was like doing 10,000 sit ups and I would need to schedule for that too for the best results. Which was a far cry from what they told me when they talked me into the series of treatments. What happened to getting great results? I was already pretty fit to begin with. I exercised regularly and drank plenty of water daily. If I were to increase the amount of exercise and cut calories and drink more water then that's where any difference would have come from. I am convinced their treatments did nothing except break the bank. I was told that I'm was not getting results because they can't control my diet and other habits. I thought that was a rude way to address my concern. I saw a couple of doctors later who explained I had excellent skin elasticity and my muscle tone is in great shape. I will also say that I over heard them talk about another client not getting results because she was probably drinking big gulps everyday. I recently came across this place on google and read the reviews and one in particular mentioned that the ladies who own it were sitting on the waiting room furniture. I too had a similar experience. I didn't realize the lady that was sitting in a chair was the sister of the owner, possibly co-owner at the time. But I had came in and there was already two customers that had come in together there waiting for a ride to arrive to pick them up and the co-owner was in a chair using her phone. I just stood there in the small waiting area. Then when I was attended to I finally realized that the lady in the chair actually worked there and didn't bother to let me, the customer, have the seat. Lastly I am leaving this review so far down the road because I genuinely hate to be negative about a business so I was just going to move on without complaining. I mean look at all the good reviews. It's 100%possible that it works for some and not for others for reasons outside of anybodies control. But when I read some of the owners responses to a few negative reviews on google I decided I'd post my review. The owner had responded that the only people who complain have unrealistic expectations. I think when you spend hundreds of dollars it is fair to have expectations of good results. I highly doubt that everyone who complains was off drinking big gulps and eating fries. Besides if u change nothing about your diet no more, no less, the services should do something. I saw nothing on scale, nothing on measurements and nothing visually noticeable. This didn't happen once but twice. We were driving in the fast lane and this car came flying up on the right side of us. There were cars in front of us and this car cut us off (squeezing in between us and the car in front of us) then hit their breaks. Which made my husband have to slam on his breaks. All this just for the car to get back into the lane they were in already. About a minute after the car got back into the lane to the right, a motorcycle got in front of them and they AGAIN cut us off almost taking out the front of our bumper. My husband again had to break pretty hard. All this to say, this business owner does not care that I have kids in my car, they didn't care if they caused an accident, they were too wrapped in their own selfishness and thinking about getting to where they were going fast.

All three have been incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Kiss me recently moved locations and as expected, the new office is gorgeous. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful. Most recently I called looking for a weekend appointment in the morning for myself and a friend. They were able to get me scheduled for the following day (they're typically open one Saturday a month). Linzy was able to get my friend and I in and out quickly without making us feel rushed. I'd also highly recommend following them on instagram and signing up for emails to get notified about their monthly specials. Overall, kiss me has always made me feel very comfortable in what I would consider an intimidating space. Definitely worth booking with them!

After surgery, I reached out with concerns about my recovery and felt completely dismissed. The nursing staff was unhelpful and lacked empathy, making me feel like my concerns were an inconvenience rather than something that deserved attention. The front desk interactions were equally frustrating and unprofessional. What was most alarming, however, was receiving a phone call from the doctor who mistakenly called me instead of the correct patient, asking how I was feeling in the hospital. I was not hospitalized -- I was calling because I was having issues with my recovery. This error caused unnecessary worry and discomfort and raised serious concerns about communication, attention to detail, and patient safety. Then Dr. P comes into my room with attitude and zero empathy, as if I did something wrong when he's the one to make a mistake. Overall, this experience left me feeling unheard, anxious, and regretful of choosing this practice. Post-operative care is critical, and unfortunately, this was the worst experience I've had in a medical setting. I would not recommend this office to anyone expecting attentive, compassionate, and organized care. This place is a joke.
