I've been working out a ton and sleeping badly on a crappy mattress so I desperately needed a massage. My mom goes to H&S but they never get any knots out or go hard enough for me. I went to the place on a sudden wind. Joan who greeted me at the desk was super sweet. It came in for a foot reflexology and she said that they can you know tend to my neck and stretch me if I'm up for that the massage therapist was amazing to realize I was super stiff and she did a wonderful job of not only stretching me but attending to my pain points. It was $60 for one hour. I think it's the best $60 I've spent in a very long time. They also have a punchcard after a few visits to get $10 off which is a pleasant surprise. I came here for a couples massage on New Year's Day and this place was delightful. It's clean and peaceful. I did the full body 75 min medium pressure and it was perfect for me. My Fiance got the hard pressure and she said at some points it was a little too much and next time she will get medium. Yes there will be a next time. The staff were really nice. Had to ask multiple times to not go so rough and she had a mask on and kept coughing during the session!
