I ordered a dozen long stem pink roses for my mother for Mother's Day because she specifically loves pink roses. The arrangement shown on the website was a beautiful bouquet of vibrant pink roses arranged elegantly in a tall vase with full presentation and volume. I expected to receive exactly what was advertised in both quality, color, and arrangement. Instead, what my mother received looked completely different. The roses delivered were peach-colored, not pink, and the arrangement did not look like the picture shown on the website at all. Peach is not pink, and this was not a slight shade variation, it was an entirely different color. The flowers did not resemble the advertised product I ordered. I accidentally selected the following week for delivery instead of Mother's Day weekend, but I caught the mistake the very same day and immediately called the store. I explained the error and clearly stated that if they could not accommodate a Mother's Day delivery, they could simply cancel the order. I was told it was absolutely no problem and that they could accommodate it, so there was no issue with timing. The real issue came when I called to ask why peach roses were sent instead of the pink roses I specifically ordered. The man who answered said he was the owner, and instead of professionally addressing the concern, his first comment was a snarky remark asking if I was the one who "ordered last minute." This was unnecessary and inaccurate since I had corrected the delivery date the same day I placed the order and was assured it would not be a problem. He then told me he chose the "pink shade" he thought was best to send. Peach roses are not pink roses, and I did not ask for him to make that decision for me. Rather than acknowledging the mistake, apologizing, or offering a proper resolution, he became rude and dismissive. He asked if the problem was that my mother didn't like them or if I didn't like them, completely missing the point. He then states if she doesn't like it we can go and pick the flowers up and this is after they had already been delivered, which is both impractical and disrespectful. I also explained that I had previously worked with someone else at the store who kindly sent me photos of the pink rose options they had in stock so I could confirm the exact shade before delivery. Instead of appreciating that effort, he responded by saying she "went above and beyond" and that they are not supposed to do that. Sending two quick photos when a customer is ordering from out of state is not extraordinary customer service, it is basic professionalism. If a florist cannot provide the exact color or arrangement being advertised, the professional thing to do is call the customer and allow them to decide how they would like to proceed. You do not make substitutions income without approval especially when I spoke to someone at their store regarding the pink shade and then argue when the customer questions it. What is the point of showing customers pictures of specific arrangements on your website if you are just going to send whatever you want? If you cannot provide what is being advertised, you should communicate that first instead of deciding for the customer. This entire experience was disappointing, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I paid for pink roses and received peach-colored roses that looked nothing like what I ordered. The owner's rude attitude and refusal to acknowledge the mistake made the situation even worse. I would not recommend this florist based on both the product quality and the unacceptable customer service. read more

Placed an order for a lovely blue and white get-well bouquet for a friend. Florist called and emailed about having a personal emergency so delayed delivery by a day but they were willing to throw in extra flowers or a teddy bear. It all worked out great. I have NEVER been so embarrassed by a flower arrangement I've sent! Thinking $250.00 was enough for something representative for a sympathy piece from our Church, instead something was delivered that looked like my 4 year old granddaughter would have made! Is it possible you sent the scrap vase by mistake? I asked for 3 dozen roses, while most reputable florists would have put some kind of greens and filler with the roses for a professional look and design. When my florist called and asked for an explanation, the person who answered the phone was quite snarky! WHAT THE HE**! If your customer is unhappy, you fix it! Wouldn't recommend if you are ordering flowers online. Went through a third party app and this florist was selected to complete my order. What was ordered and what was received was nowhere near what I expected. Bottomline I spoke to Tony, personally and he claimed he wasn't given enough information on what the flower arrangement should look like and I can understand that. But when I looked directly at his website and found the same exact teleflora arrangement with the same exact telaflora item number, I realized he ripped me off. Sent him an email with pictures and he never responded back. The card from his business he sent with the flowers was almost as big as his entire arrangement he put together himself. I understand we are in a pandemic (one of his excuses) but I was sending these to someone who is also affected & has lost her entire business due to the pandemic. I wanted something big and beautiful but got what Tony decided it should be when he redetermined the value of what was to be sent out. And He has the same exact flower arrangement $25 cheaper than the app I used to find him. That's really bad business ethic for a 3rd generation florist. Plain SCANDALOUS, as described by people who've been told of this experience. read more

It looks boogie especially in comparison to the other floral places in the area - however it was Mother's Day - I was desperate and this was the only place open! I purchased the most beautiful orchard plant from the (for a whopping $65). They were beautiful and the associate told me they were grown locally which I loved to hear. read more

I heard good things about this florist so I decided to try it for a sympathy arrangement. I was disappointed walking into the funeral home for the wake and seeing that it wasn't all that I expected it to be. It was a simple arrangement of purple roses and a couple of Lilies. there were no hydrangeas or any other purple flowers as in the photo on the website. And though it was delivered on Saturday afternoon as promised by Sunday late afternoon the roses were already wilting. For something that cost a total of over $200 I did expect much more. read more

Most Sympathy arrangements look the same. Maybe different flowers or colors. But, I wanted this piece to relay the style and elegance this lady personified. Tony really accomplished this. It was beautiful and so different. Sometimes you want something that is a show of what you felt for this person. My individual requests were met!
