Wedding flowers: I was completely enchanted by my bridal bouquet. It was exactly what I wanted and I was sad when I had to throw it to the single ladies. Janet did a beautiful job decorating the arbor at my wedding as well, everyone who saw it was amazed. I placed an order through 1 800 flowers. I have done this in the past for years. I have had okay experiences with this company. my mother-in-law lives in an assisted living facility. On each and every order it is stated to deliver to the front desk. 155 dollar item I picked was never delivered. 1-800-flowers tells me that the delivery person said no one answered the door. IT IS ALWAYS OPEN. The receptionist said no flower deliveries for my mother-in-law. I am now told this arrangement is no longer available and cant be delivered. A replacement will be made and I am not able to see what Enchanted chooses. Nothing will be delivered until 12-22-2021. At this late date I can not cancel and use another local florists. I will never, never use this florist again. It saddens me that someone of my mother-in-laws age will think we forgot her. read more

I called Janet from out of state about a bouquet for my parents. She was friendly and helpful over the phone, and she created a stunning and truly special bouquet. I definitely got a lot for my money. The vase was lovely, and the arrangement was spectacular in color and shape -- fabulous from every angle. I gave minimal direction beyond some color suggestions and the fact that my mother is a florist so she could have fun with the arrangement. Wow, was I thrilled with the result, as was my mom, who can be a tough critic. She said it was the most creative bouquet she'd ever received. I'll definitely order again, as will my mom. read more

I found the enchanted florist online because I was needing a boutonniere for an adult prom that I will be attending tonight. I chose my boutonniere online and called and spoke with the owner Janet to place my order. I told her what I needed it for and she had it ready within less than 24 hours. When I went to pick up my boutonniere today it was even more beautiful than I had imagined. Janet customized my boutonniere for me based on the event I was going to and I was thrilled with the outcome of the final product. The location is at Janets home and she has two adorable and very well behaved dogs who will greet you when you visit. Even when she had an email instant response set, ("We are working on flower arrangements for a wedding and will get back to you within the week..." etc.) she would respond back within a day. This was very helpful, as we were planning the wedding from out of state. She was flexible, and did not mind that we made our own flower arrangements for the centerpieces.
