Ivan and his crew were very friendly and professional. The reasons for four instead of five stars was that there was a mix up on their end with the schedule, and on one calendar had booked us the day after it was supposed to be. They were able to still come the planned day but started about 1.5 hours late. The other reason was that I requested the deep cleaning service, but they didn't vacuum or clean the couch at all. They did mention I could request it for next time, but I expected it to be included with the deep clean, at least a quick vacuum and dusting. I have a 2000 sq. foot rental home that was filthy after sanding of floors and lots of cleanup work. I desperately needed help cleaning it for the new tenants. I found Ivan's service on Next Door. When I called him, he listed off all the things I needed done to ready the home. I set up an appointment for the following week. Ivan and his crew of two more showed up exactly on time. Even though it was 3:00 pm, they seemed energetic and ready to go. I left them there and they cleaned for about 2.5 hours. So really, with three of them, that is 7.5 hours. They cleaned everything we reviewed and even did things I didn't discuss in advance. When I got back, the place was glowing. Completely spotless. They were happy to clean all the windows on the interior (and there are a lot) and they were up on a stepladder cleaning all the French doors on the outside too.
