Fernando and his crew just cleaned our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment for our move out. We were skeptical about hiring any cleaners and just paying the move out fees, but we're so glad we hired Rapido Cleaning for our move out. I can't say enough how awesome everyone was! It took three of them three hours to give our apartment a deep clean and I was beyond impressed with the results! They even moved our stove and fridge to clean the floor underneath it! I was very disappointed with my experience with Fernando and the employees he had cleaning a pizza restaurant at the end of the lease. The first pass was pretty good and Fernando was understanding and motivated, promising to do a better job with the floor and a wall where the grease was particularly thick. He had not inspected the work before his crew left. I think he sent the D team back for the remaining issues, because when I checked on them, there was an inch of water everywhere, being pushed around by a circular brush machine and squeegees, but nothing was getting cleaner. Fernando had promised to be there to make sure the job was done well, but he wasn't. I told him I knew that many hours had been spent on the job and I understood that he would need money for payroll. I said I would pay him the full amount of his proposal only in person as we inspected the space. I wanted him to see what this crew considered acceptable. When we met, he was extremely disappointed with the grease caked between the floor tiles and the wall that was still disgustingly sticky. I told him that I trusted him to make sure the job was done right. He accepted the check, promising to return a few days later to complete the work with one of his best employees. He has not returned my calls or texts for three weeks, so I feel obligated to let other potential customers know what I experienced so they can make a more informed decision. read more
