Brought my truck into them for an o2 sensor and door issue. They looked at and and let me know the sensors were good, but since the battery went dead I had to drive it a certain way to reset. Took my Audi TT here for an oil change and in the past I have had a problem getting the under carriage cover secure after having the oil changed at other auto shops. As I expected, about 3 miles after leaving the shop the cover started to fall off. I called Gary and he answered, even though the shop was about to close in 2 minutes. I was grateful he answered and I explained what had happened. He was gracious enough to wait for me to return to the shop to have his guys check it out. I arrived back at the shop a little after 5pm and Gary took a look and offered to secure the cover with screws so it would not fall down. He did this after hours and at no additional charge! Gotta give it to them, they were on top of it! I wish I had remember who the gentleman was who helped, but it was probably Gary. I called in earlier the day to see if they had an opening for a last minute oil change. He stated they do and they can get around to it as long as it comes before 4:30 pm. I got it there at 4:15 and was out at 4:40. The price was rather cheap for synthetic oil. I hung out in the office and read my book on their massage chair. No oil stains, grease stains, and a friendly reminder sticker was on my window. I highly recommend Aloha. read more
