Here, they were able to give me exactly what I was looking for just under our budget of $100. The ladies here are so sweet and you can tell that they care about what they do. I sent a photo of what I was requesting. I was then sent photos of what was available. I was told I would get a photo of the flowers, before it was delivered. WHAT I GOT; -several white hydrangea 'filler flowers' with some of the requested flowers -I got a text from our Granddaughter asking if we had sent her flowers. There was a card signed by 'Mom' (which confused her mother and no one knew who the flowers were from). When I got the text of the BOUQUET photo, I asked about the flowers that were previously shown to me a day and a half prior. I was impatiently told they were too old and the bouquet was already on the truck for delivery! It was clear that it was a 'done' sale. For important occasions (as in a 21st birthday) you only get ONE CHANCE to make it special. . . I do not recommend this business for Phone orders.

Not too long ago I purchased a bouquet from a different florist for just over $300 (for my sisters Celebration of Life) and it was not nearly as dramatic as the Encinitas Flower Shop which was just over $100.
