Next day order appreciated. Delivered on correct day. Competitive pricing. Beautiful bouquet. Although the bouquet was beautiful, it wasn't the same as the one I chose on the website and I didn't like it as much as the one I chose. The flowers and the shades of color were not the same. I would prefer the website showed the difference between the levels of bouquets so that I could see the difference between the standard bouquet and the premium one I paid for. As it is, I have no idea what I purchased compared to the standard and deluxe versions. The site doesn't tell one which we are looking at. read more

While I was in there a few of the cute La Costa Canyon High School girls were getting their prom flowers and those creations were just as beautiful. Ari is SUPER nice and does whatever she can to make an arrangement you want. I left on another occassion with a huge beautiful spring bouquet that was to die for. Our heartdaughter loves English country gardens. For her zoom baby shower, Eleanore created an arrangement of flowers right out of my own gardens practically- delphiniums freesias hydrangeas peonies tulips and other flora. Of course she sourced them from elsewhere but her arrangement felt perfectly personal and it was magnificent! The flowers looked beautiful when arrived; but did not last. Contacted the owner via e-mail but did not hear anything back.

I found this floral shop when searching for a last minute gift idea and someone suggested a floral design class for my wife. So the night before I called the owner Ari to discuss the options available for the classes and found her to be extremely easy to talk to ,deal with and willing to take the time to answer all my questions. So the next day when I arrive to pick up the gift certificate 3 maybe 4 hours later than I said I would be there she has the basket ,gift bag whatever you call it all ready to go and waiting for me with no pressure or mention of spending more money on the birthday girls flowers for the day which I liked. All this to say I'm not easily impressed with customer service but the customer care I received at her shop and not to mention the design of the interior of her floral space just beautiful I highly recommend this to anybody reading. Bride was happy, guests were impressed, all went well. Eleanore has good communication skills (bride was local but family was not) & really helped actualize my daughter's ideas. There were last minute changes to the order that she incorporated flawlessly. I recently hired Ari to do the centerpieces for an event my family held at a local hotel. She was absolutely wonderful to work with! I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and showed her some pictures from Pinterest to convey that. She immediately "got it" and enhanced my vision with some great ideas of her own. She gave me several ideas for vessels to match the aesthetic I was going for. She also was completely amenable to the budget I had in mind and worked within that. Moreover, she took the time to ask and understand the ceremony we were conducting for my son - she sought out more of a personal connection, rather than just looking at our event as another job for her.
