parking is really a pain in the butt here. Won't make this a habit of shopping here due to the inconvenience of the parking.

It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers and are committed to making the business a valuable resource for local residents. The gentleman at the front desk could not locate the package and told me that he would call me when he found it. I did not recieve a call from him, so I called him on August 4th and asked if he had located my package. He said he did not and that he would call me in 10 minutes. It is now August 6th and he has not called me which shows that he has not looked for the package, or he has not found it. Either way, he has not called me with an update. Also be aware that the business hours posted on the door say 9:30am - 5pm. The store was closed an entire day with a sign that says will be back at 9:30am. I paid for a service that this business claims to provide, yet has proven not to provide. When I walked in and saw that other customer packages are sprawled all over the little store in arms reach of any patron who walks in, it tells me that they do not secure packages that do not fit in the mailbox, and anyone can walk in and take your package. I am currently auditing other mailbox services in the area who are more secure and actually provide customer service. This business is not secure and the service is limited.

People: this is a fine, fine cleaners. The sort of place you send your expensive clothes by mail if you do not live in a metropolitan area. This is where you come if you need oily tapenade or red wine taken out of your Alberta Ferretti silk chiffon (which I often do, because I am always sitting in things or the loved one may or may not get a bit drunk and spill his drink on me). This is where you send your gabardine trenches (and all nice cotton items) if you do not want them to become flat and shiny. It's not going to be cheap, but if you want a cheap cleaners, go to the end of your block. (If you happen to live at the end of the block and L&S is your cleaners, man are you in luck.) This is where to come to have cleaned: your pure white linen Ralph Lauren suit with the rhinestone buttons, that pale pink brushed nylon Ozbek dress you bought in 1994 and still looks incredible on you because you wore it only once but you never had it dry cleaned, ALL fine silk, ALL expensive cotton, and anything else (even horrible rayon) that you want to wear for a long time. This is also where you come if you need your mother's 1960s silk gauze prom dress restored for a party where you don't want to be dressed like everyone else. (Their wonderful, beautiful, darling seamstress plucked pieces of fabric out of her bag of scraps to perfectly match the parts on my mother's old dress that needed mending.) When people say, "How can you live in LA???" there are a few places that make it worth it -- just a few! L & S Cleaners is one of them. They have always been, and they remain: the best cleaners in Southern California.

While I was completing a DoorDash delivery today , he spoke to me as if I were stupid simply for doing my job and requesting the required PIN. He didn't say hello or thank you, and his behavior was rude, dismissive, and extremely low-grade for someone who owns a business and he could have easily contacted his wife, who placed the order but instead chose to be difficult. How a business treats delivery workers says a lot about its customer service and who they are as a person.

We started with 8 employees and now have over 55. They have been with us every step of the way, steering us in the right direction with our networking equipment and computer purchases. When I wanted to go with a cheaper firewall, they stayed the course and spent extra time illustrating to me the value of a different option. We still have that device today and it has been an excellent security tool for us. I appreciate the team having my company's best interest in mind, especially in the longer-term; seeing the bigger picture for me. Strata developed an IT standardization policy for us that I believe has saves us tens of thousands of dollars over the last few years. The IT consultation has always been proactive and based on facts. The reports we receive are very helpful in understanding our risks, budget requirements, and the progress we are making in moving our company forward by using technology to increase our revenue generating potential. It can take a long time to build trust with an outside vendor, and Pete and his team have certainly earned ours. I highly recommend Strata IT.
