Pilates really works parts of the body you never even thought were there. I like that Dominique pays attention to detail, such as my alignment and form when going through different moves and exercises...Basically things I never pay attention to but should. I have two more sessions left and after those I'm looking into trying classes also, especially the mat classes she plans on adding in the new year. I would definitely recommend RPS to anyone who wants to try Pilates under proper instruction.

Whether you are brand new to Pilates or an experienced pilates doer they can give you a super workout. The Barre class is my favorite but mat and equipment classes are fun too. Never the same old boring workout either. Both the Murrysville and Shadyside studios are beautiful and spotlessly clean. Best workout in town!
