What caught my eye was all the black and white checkered hand painted items. I asked the lady behind the counter if they bought these items or were they hand painted there. They were hand painted by her! I told her I had a MacKenzie Child black and white tea pot that I adore, and she told me that was her inspiration. If you are familiar with Ballard Designs, there are several items that reminded me of them as well. Great place to find a gift or add a special something to your own decor.

Prices were reasonable and I spent the gift card plus some. I was really uncomfortable about the personal conversation the staff was having after my husband and I were the only customers in the shop.
