The movers broke my front door off the hinges , put a hole in my wall and when they couldn't get the house from the front door they went to the back door after breaking the glass out of my screen door my mentality challenged daughter was asked to help with holding the door she was cut by glass and bleeding and after all of that we had to send the couch back for a smaller one , my front door wouldn't close so I had to take off work the next day so my house wouldn't just be left open so I missed pay. So after going back to the store to select a smaller couch I added a lamp it was supposed to come with the 2nd couch it didn't come tried to make me com and pick it up , no it was supposed to be on the truck with the couch , so now arrangements are made with a live person on the phone for it to be delivered today September 25th I'm waiting and took off another day to be here for the lamp only to find out that if I didn't respond to some Jenny chat box text within 3 hours I would have reschedule sorry if I've already made arrangements why aren't they up holding the arrangement that was set in place . I work at a hospital saving lives I can't be checking a phone all day for a robot text message, so now I m not getting a lamp today and I've lost money cause I could've went to work SO ASHLEY FURNITURE IT IS YOUR FAULT CAUSE YALL HIRED THE MOVING COMPANY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Ordered out couch mid April, the sales associate said it would come…read morethe first week of May. We had to call then to see what the ETA was and of course they have no clue. Then they told us it was schedule to come mid May when we order it and that was a 1000% sure she told us the first week of May. Which meant she just wanted the sell because I told her a needed a couch that would come fast. Then they call the third week of May to tell us it's not coming into June but they don't know when. They never have any answers. They finally call yesterday, we call them back immediately, no answer or call back. We call them back the next day to finish paying for the couch, they tell us they don't take payment over the phone which is a lie. The lady that sold us our couch took the down payment over the phone and mailed us a receipt. So I had to drive there so we could get a delivery date. Which we now have to wait another two weeks to get it delivered because it filled up so fast since yesterday when we tried to call and got no answer or return call. Everyone in the store is lost and never know what's going on or have any information. This will be my first and last time buying from here.
