They marked it and indicated it would be $140. Which is much higher than prior owner but since it was my mother's and I wanted to use the excess Opals to make earrings, I paid the price. When I went to pick it up, it was still too big. The rep indicated he may have gotten the measurement wrong. On Opal had been removed. He remarked the bracelet and indicated they would need another few days. I instructed them to keep the Opal link that was removed and I would pick it up when the bracelet was ready. When I returned, the bracelet was sized correctly but one of the Opal Links was missing, as they had now moved two but only one was there. They checked the back and said they could not find but would keep looking. I then called weekly for a minimum of 5 weeks. No response for most calls but once I got them on the phone, I asked how would they compensate for this. They indicated they would talk to the owner and get back to me and asked if I would consider receiving another Opal. I said it won't match the design but let me know what they want to do. Here we are weeks later with NO follow-up call. It is terrible service so my only recourse at this time is writing this review. To the Store Owner, if you read your reviews, please contact me. You have my number as I have called many times. What is the solution here?

I fell in love with a beautiful one of a kind ring. The price tag was heavy. Over 25k, my person actually bought it for me. I could not ever express the joy I had. It was worn with so much love and pride that I can't express. Unfortunately we had a terrible brake up and he said I could sell it as I had no place to live and no job at the time. I went back to Golden Swan already heartbroken and asked to sell it back. The owner said all they could do was give me $1000 and the promise I could come back and rebuy it. It felt like a pawn situation and I trusted them since they had sold us such a gem. My partner and I reunited and he went back to get it about 2 months later. We were told it was scrapped and they no longer had it. I can't express the pure horror I faced. It was truly devastating and I will never forget the way I was swindled. I understand there are ways to make money, but this was disappointing and disgusting. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Sierra Moon is amazing and I tell all my clients to shop there. As the door is unlocked one of the employees comes from the parking lot and walks right in front of me as if I work for him, no thanks or excuse me or may I help you. He immediately goes to the person behind the counter who never acknowledges me. Feeling a little disrepected, I say I'll can spend my money elsewhere, I turn to leave the store and have to wait almost 2 minutes to be buzzed out. I refuse to spend my money anywhere people are not eager to separate me from it. My advice, find a place that appreciates your patronage even if you have to spend a little more.
