Me and another person walked in for pedicures. We waited and they called us both back, then only serviced one of us. Then took another walk in before me. At that point i voiced my issue and I walked out. The whole point of going together is to get them done at the same time. If you cannot accommodate then you should have just said NO! Was i suppose to wait until the person i came with was done and then she has to wait for me? NO! We definitely will NEVER return! read more

Great place for a ladies day. 12 of my friends and I celebrated my birthday here and the service was fantastic. Jenny, the owner, made sure there were enough technicians for all of us to get treatment at the same time. Terry, the receptionist and bartender extraordinaire, was great in helping with setting up the bar area for the food and made sure our wine glasses were always full. The salon knew I was celebrating my birthday and had birthday balloons at the bar. All the nail technicians were great. A shout out to Moon as the dancing technician who got into our festivities. This is a relatively new place that is tastefully decorated. Beautiful white massage chairs lined both sides of the room. Pedicure station was clean and used disposable water liner on the tubs to keep everything hygienic. Unlike others who have reviewed this salon, we found the service to be excellent. Prices were a bit on the high side but still reasonable. Would definitely come back and highly encourage those who have a ladies group event to give this place a try. read more

Myself , my daughter in law my son my three granddaughters and my grandson were loyal customers NO MORE ! We've put up with angry techs with NO experience , bloody and sore nails from men that treat you like they are doing you a favor ! I have been going to Jenny, the owner, for about 7 years. I went to her other salon prior to her opening the Encore Nail Spa and was very pleased with her work , so when she opened up Encore , I decided to follow her to her newer salon. Jenny is the best and does a beautiful job on my nails. I constantly get complements from friends about how nice they look. I never feel rushed and have always been pleased with the work she does. Felix and Iris are other nail technicians who do my pedicures and have been very pleased with. The salon is beautiful and tastefully decorated.a very pleasant environment. I would highly recommend Encore Nail Spa, as I have never had any negative issues. If you go there and have any issue with one of the nail technicians, then voice your comments to Jenny at the time. I believe Jenny would appreciate you coming to her directly and getting the issue resolved, rather than write a negative review. read more

The nail tech started on my left hand and immediately the blood spurted out. The tech beside him pushed a bottle of something over and he swishes it on. By now the blood was all the way around the nail. She shov³ed another bottle toward him. It seemed like she was trying to help. He finished nails. He pointed to sink. I just wanted out. I got to desk and showed receptionist who called someone over to look. She said "what do you want from me?" Receptionist said put some neosporin on it when you get home. No offer of anything I did not tip. I left in tears. 2 days later you can see the black and blood sealed in. I will not be back. I sent a very detailed message to the owners thru their online portal. No response! Unreal. My doctor just prescribed O antibiotics. Oral and topical. read more

My sister and I went here to get our nails done. My mom recommend it as a newly opened nail salon in Naples. My sister got a dip manicure in a bright red which was really nice. I got a pedicure and the most expensive version. It was really nice with hot stones, but realistically the massage was definitely not 15 minutes. I took my friends to visit this nail salon for pedicures while we were on vacation. We had a horrible experience. Firstly, one of my friends pedicures did not start until the other 3 of us were done. We understand that it can be tricky to coordinate 4 pedicures at one time, but there was no communication. We signed up for the $80 pedicures with the extra massage and received less than 5 minutes of massage when promised 12 minutes. Secondly, by the next day, 2 of our pedicures were already chipping (we all had gel pedicures, so this should not happen). Lastly, I ended up with an infection that required a visit to Urgent Care and a week long course of antibiotics. I found out today my culture came back with a moderate staph infection! Thought I would give this new salon a chance I had a recommendation that the prices were comparable to Walmart so I gave it a try when I went to pay they charged me $55 for a fill 10 of which went to two nail repairs I have never been charged that much before and the service was not so good. He was filing my skin and eventually cut into my cuticle which caused it to bleed. When I called to question the rediculous charge, they basically said, go back to Walmart!!! read more

Went in for mani/pedi on Saturday (1/14) and by Sunday and Monday the gel on my nails was chipping and peeling off! I went back to get it removed... I will not be returning! It's sucks to pay $58 for a manicure to have that happen. My previous manicure lasted 2 weeks, from the same salon with a different tech (unfortunately no longer works there)... which tells me that this was caused by POOR application/curing of the gel! read more

Went for a gel fill in was given 1 of the 3 people who SUPPOSEDLY knew how to do them. WHAT A JOKE !!! Didn't have a clue how to do one , therefor within2 days one cracked completely! Was given an attitude wen I went back to have it fixed. That plus 4 others cracked over the weekend while I was away ( VERY EMBARRASSING ). I live really close by and I decided to try this place out. The place is beautiful no doubt! But the service wasn't great My nail tech did a sloppy job and he was in a rush . When he came back to wipe my hands down with a damp towel he slapped it on me rushed to clean me up, was about not to put any cuticle oil until I reminded him. All of my nails were uneven in size. And you can see streaks of nail polish that are uneven. In one of my nails he did four coats and the others 3 it came out a different color. My 2 daughters and I came here for dip manicures. I liked mine, but both of them had chrome dips which we were not told were $20 more than regular dip manicures. In addition, one of my girls had her nails badly done - the sides of her nails were not polished and $70 later she still didn't have perfect nails. She also said that her manicurist had an attitude - not friendly at all and the manicurist next to her had to correct a mistake she made. Also, very expensive compared to other nail salons in the area. $70 for a chrome manicure - that's NYC prices. I don't know who they think we are here in Naples.
