First time customer ... scheduled a mani pedi ... manicure was just ok ... cuticles clipped and nails painted ... no lotion no massage.... pedicure was awful! Uggh save your money and go elsewhere! Had appointment and was told to 'wait'. After 15 minutes asked when I would be taken and was told there was 'no receptionist so maybe another 30 minutes' - what does no receptionist have to do with not honoring an appointment? I'm sure they took walk-ins....Gave me a tech that surely had no experience...all my nails were different lengths and when I told her she couldn't understand one word and needed a translator. Not sure what happened to this place but there was supposedly a 'manager' that was of absolutely no help. What a mess this place is. read more

I went in based upon previous Yelp reviews. I have moved to the area several months ago and had yet to find a GOOD nail salon. Everywhere else kept chipping within a few days (both gel or Nexgen) or I felt like I was inconveniencing them by coming through the door. 7 days after my pedicure and gel manicure, and everything still looks great. Everyone was very nice here and offered me a drink nearly immediately. I nearly fell asleep during the pedicure. It, was so relaxing, and they did a lovely pink and black French gel manicure. This is my new nail salon! My nails were in really bad shape (I had peeled off the NextGen on top of biting them) and Ben did a phenomenal job making them look beautiful. I am very picky about having my nails look and feel natural while maintaining a professional look for work. He listened and gave me the look that I really wanted. So let me begin with saying I have Nexgen nails and have gotten my nails done at the same place for years. i received a promotion in the mail for 30% off for this new business so I took the leap and made an appointment. The place is beautiful and people are super friendly. I got a spa pedicure and wanted Chrome nails. i was there for over 3 hours and the tech did Nexgen with Chrome overlay. The Chrome wasn't done right at all and within a week my nails started chipping and breaking which never happens with my Nexgen. I'll be sticking with my fave place that's cheaper and quality is better. Maybe it was just the tech that didn't know what they were doing. read more

Andy, Andy, Andy. I can't say his name enough! I drove all the way from Orlando to go to an event here in WPB. I didn't have time to get my nails done before my trip so I booked an appointment here based off of photos and other reviews. I made an early morning appointment because I had acrylics on that I wanted to soak off so I wouldn't damage my nail beds and that adds a little bit to the appt. time.... I said I wanted to soak off the acrylics 3x. Once when I booked, when I checked in and the final time, to Andy. I had a pedicure first giving ample time to soak off old nails.... nope. I figured maybe they want me to soak at the nail tech's table.....? Nope. So, of course Andy gets to work popping them off and it did damage my nail beds. I figured I just need to get them done so I'll grin and bear it and bring it up at the register.... Now on to the better half of my story: I can't lie, I'm a little extra and I love trying new looks. I brought in a photo of these see through/glass Acrylic nails with rhinestones from Pinterest. Now to do these nails you need clear tips but Andy couldn't find any..... rather than crushing my dreams and saying it can't be done he pulled out nail forms (for those of you that don't know they are stickers that attach just under your nail and onto your finger) then with the nail forms Andy began to SCULPT ALL 10 NAILS! Honestly, after all the work Andy put into sculpting each nail, shaping, striping, gel polish & stones I can forgive Andy for popping my nails off rather than soaking. Go to Encore nails, ask for Andy and he'll do you right. Everyone's loving my nails and I'm so happy I found Encore. I visited this salon and presented a postcard I received offering a discount. It was not honored as I was told the owner made a mistake. This does not fare well for potential client relations especially when the salon was totally void of clients. As a new business I would think they would do everything to please potential clients not turn them away. Below the owner states the postcard was a previous owner when her employee stated yesterday she in fact made the mistake of not having any expiration date on it. How was I a potential new client supposed to know and more importantly, In either regard, this falls into the realm of FALSE ADVERTISING. read more

Great location, new bright and pretty salon in a renovated plaza. Love the color selection and the fact that they have little girls chairs with Disney princesses. Carmen is really good and sweet We also were able to get in on short notice and taken care of quickly.- EDIT. I went to redeem my 20% YELP discount for services provided by checking in and the owner or front desk manager asked to read my review, wanted more written and to make sure I gave a high rating (went from 4 to 3 after this happened btw). I explained nicely that I can show him but Yelp provides marketing for him and he cooperates with a discount but there is nothing stipulating I have to review any certain way in order to receive that offer and definitely nothing stating he is supposed to read it. He was receptive to my feedback and I let him know his focus should be to provide good quality service in a safe and clean salon and the good reviews will come. read more

I had my nails and toes done here today for the first time. I have had the same nail girl for about 20 years so I was very skeptical about going to a strange place. The salon is beautiful and spotless. The staff are very friendly. V did my pedicure and she was very thorough. I was in desperate need of a pedicure and she took her time which made me feel relaxed. Kyle did my nails and he too did a great job. I have gel polish on my toes and gel over acrylic nails. This salon seems to be able to do a wide variety of services. I'm here now letting a sparkly manicure dry in this beautiful and clean spa. All the employees are friendly, service is quick and even though they were busy when we walked in without appointments the weekend before Christmas, they let us sit in the spa chairs while we waited for techs to be free. Definitely pricier than my usual go-to when I'm home for the holidays (Nails by Cindy) but I wanted to try something new, and this was a great experience. read more

Boulder Colorado deserves better than Encore Nails & Spa. This has to be the single worse manicure I've ever had. Slam, bam, no thank you's ma'am. I went in with nice nails, great length just needed a little trim and some filing on the edges and some polish. She chopped off the nails, some rough filing, hit them with a coat (one coat) of polish and that was it. No second coat of polish. No top coat. It's not even a day later and the polish is chipped off. Ridiculous. read more

Vee has been on vacation the month of September. I have used Haley twice to do both NexGen on my nails and pedicures. The first time everything was great and my nails looked wonderful. However, the second time which was last weekend my nails looked awful. My pedicure was good but my NexGEN looked like a little kindergarten girl had polished my nails. I chose a brick red color and after she put the final clearcoat on she got up to start taking care of the numerous amount of walkins that were coming in and waiting. My nails and my fingertips and all around the nail had red tinted into my skin. The gentleman who was one of the main people greeting the walk-ins said he would fix it. He came over and proceeded to rub my fingers extremely hard and ended up rubbing the top coats of clear off of my nails. When I showed him he said oh it's supposed to look like that. Well, I know that my nails are not supposed to have a white clouded coating over them it is because of the acetone he used to clean my fingertips. After I persisted that indeed he rubbed off the clearcoat, he proceeded to rebuff my nails and apply a clear coat. I was very unhappy so was the woman that he was taking care of because he kept having to get up from her to come over and finish me of which I've been there over two hours. More attention was placed on the walk-ins instead of the people that actually had appointments. I had an appointment that day and mine was rushed because of the walkins. I drive from West Boynton to come to this salon and pass many other nail salons on my way. I tip well above 20% and I don't think I will be going back again. read more

Love this salon....absolutely beautiful with friendly staff...dropped in for a quick mani/pedi combo for only $40 and was in for an unexpected treat! My nail gal was "Vee" and she was absolutely charming...friendly, but not intrusive. I noticed a lot of little extras that other salons would charge for including a salt scrub with the leg massage, disposable hygiene items like files and hot towels:) VERY relaxing, elegant experience and my nails look great! Love this place! This was my first time here. My daughter and I walked in without an appointment and got right in without a wait. Linh did an amazing job on my daughters acrylic nails, she actually listened and gave her exactly what she asked for. Holly did a polish change on my toes and they look great!
