On January 16th, I paid $374 for 2 tickets to see Nate Bargatze at the Encore Theater in Las Vegas on April 8. I immediately received a confirmation email stating that the tickets would be available for download near the date of the event. On 4/8, having not received the tickets, I contacted StubHub. I spent hours chatting, emailing, and being put on hold. We drove to Encore while StubHub customer service was continuing to "try to solve the problem." Upon arrival, despite having a confirmation with the exact seats, the Encore box office confirmed that we did not actually have tickets and that "StubHub does this all the time." After half an hour of explaining/begging/pleading to get us into the show and not ruin my wife's birthday plans that we've had since January, a manager took over and began to look at available seats. It was now 15 minutes after the show had started. She graciously offered to book us into even better seats than we'd ordered at "casino rate" which was $360. We were incredibly frustrated but at least we'd still get to see the show! She began the booking process, and then her phone rang. After explaining our situation to whoever was calling and what she was doing, she got a very disappointed look on her face and said, "Ok, I'll tell them." She then said she'd have to charge us an extra $257 per ticket. It was now 8:15pm, the show started at 8pm, and these seats were obviously empty! We were stunned and declined. On the way out of the casino, about 8:45pm, I got a call from StubHub customer service asking if we'd like them to help us book different seats. WHAT?!?! I angrily replied that the show had started 45 minutes ago, to which he replied, "Oh, would you like to have a refund then?" After several more exchanges with their customer service over the next few days, they did refund the $374 a week later. This statement is primarily to document the incredibly shady business practices of StubHub, but it also displays the horrible service provided by Encore. They could have so easily turned our night from awful to amazing. They would have received $360 for their unsold seats. We would have stayed after the show and spent more money on food, drinks and gambling. But instead, they chose to try to use the bad service of another company as a way to get even more money from us. They could have chosen to make their guests happy, but they chose to ensure that we will never step foot in Encore again. And that, unfortunately, is what most of the casinos and mega-corporations do now, which in my opinion is why tourism is declining so much in Las Vegas. read more

I didn't know who David Blaine was when our company offered us tickets to go. Nevertheless I opted to go to this over The Wizard of Oz at the Sphere and going to the New Kidz on the Block. My husband finally explained to me why he was famous. His pacing is more conversational than what I was used to, being a Magic Castle fan and having gone to Mat Franco and Shin Lim recently, but I still enjoyed his tricks. My favorites were the cash one and the ring one. I think his tricks carry a more grotesque shock value than what I was used to as well. The needle and thread trick, ring trick, and water trick all fall into that bucket. But it was hilarious to watch the reactions of the people on stage, many of whom seemed to have low energy when I went. There was a really sweet moment with the rhythm gymnast. Overall it was cool to see this famous magician live! read more

Came to the 20th anniversary of Keyshia Cole's 'The Way It Is' tour. I haven't been in the Wynn Resort in well over 10 years. Parked at the Fashion Show Mall (Large multi level parking garage by Dillards. The underground garages are locked and closed around 9:30 pm so FYI). Wynn only gives 3 hours free parking per their website and no mention of free parking for locals. 3 hours free may or not be enough and I didn't want to chance having to pay for parking. If you don't mind a short walk... Or pay Wynns $25 parking fee ... they do charge more when special events are happening. There were several bars inside the theater, although I didn't purchase anything. Staff were friendly. Venue is decent. read more

We had a great time at this venue. I don't think there was a bad seat in the house. Perfect size for a comedy show. The staff were very nice and made sure everyone got to their seats...even once the show started which was nice. The music before the acts went on was loud, but honestly it didn't bother me that much. I did hear others nearby say it was too loud. Seats were comfortable, concessions and bathrooms were all close. Acoustics were great in there. We'd see another show there. read more

Hey yall! I bought a $117 ticket in advance on Ticketmaster to a Chris Tucker comedy show at the WYNN! I'm glad I did! My seat was good! I got to see Chris very well from my seat! I had an extra seat open next to me too! I went alone! It was 3 hours of comedy! Started on time 8pm and he had a starting act, he was funny! Then Chris went on for a few hours and all his jokes were cool and hilarious! He did lock up our cell phones! So I didn't get content, but it worth it! I had a good time! At first it was cold inside and then I warmed up sitting there! People bought drinks and popcorn and what not and people was coming and going but it was a full house packed!! Parking was free 3 hours and or $21 after that an hour but yeah I enjoyed my time! read more

Encore theatre is located in the Wynn. The space is really fancy and intimate. They don't have many bars which is the only downside but the wait wasn't too bad. I did do a 36 oz drink for $36 which basically had three shots of alcohol. It definitely had a kick! Otherwise, the VIP team with Encore was great at providing direction for picking up VIP merchandise which was super appreciated. Our seating was in the Orchestra in row H and it was a perfect view of the show. The theatre is very intimate so I feel any seat will be decent. Just keep in the mind the seats are very tight so not the most comfortable. Otherwise great spot in Vegas for a more intimate feel. read more

I went & saw Sebastian Maniscalco on 05/25/2025 after my friend who I haven't seen in forever invited me to go with her. I had no idea who he was but he was funny along with his openers. I actually thought this theater was the theater that Awakening is in so I had NO idea that this theater existed. It is a bit of a walk to get to the theater itself. The decor on your walk is really pretty but they have these little booths with curtains on your way to the show I guess you could sit in to rest or catch up with friends, not sure what they are there for? I was calling them "makeout rooms." We were in the MEZC section, Row E, seats 103-104. This was in an upper level. The stage was far away so thank God for the TV screens where you were able to see the comedians but it wasn't my favorite section & I would have rather been down closer to the stage but my friend is the one who bought the tickets. I also found the seats small & crowded. I had to keep my arms/hands on my legs so I wasn't touching the stranger to my right or hanging on my friend to my left. There were no drink cup holders either. People were slow getting out of the theater after the show was over & people who were seated in the rows in front of us had come up the aisle to get out before us. It reminded me of when you're on an airplane & have landed and the passengers behind you are trying to get past you & not wait their turn so that was a little annoying but we did cut across to go past the section next to us because there were hardly any people over there & it was moving. Because of the large amount of people who attended this show it took even longers to get out of the long hallway back into the casino. I saw a small concession stand that possible was selling drinks but didn't stop so I'm not sure about the prices or items that you can buy but they were letting you bring in your own drinks from the casino & had plastic cups for you to leave your glass outside the theater so that I really liked. read more

I went to the Nas + Philharmonic concert there. Small venue, professional staff. Good to great sound. Yes seats are close together but intimidate. For concerts, my recommendation is to always get orchestra Middle. The left and right orchesta Could be too extreme where you cannot see the stage especially if performer likes staying in the middle. The mezz (even center 1st row) is way too Steep where you are looking down significantly to the stage. I would go with Orchestra middle back rows vs anything Mezz. This is stadium seating so rows do go up albeit slightly at an angle but the first 4-5 rows are Flat. Can be a pain leaving the venue as people go up the stairs slowly to go out. I've noticed for some shows they do decrease the price on Ticketmaster the Day of the show. Happy hunting. read more

My reviews are for the Encore Theater itself and not any of the concerts or shows we have seen here. Parking is closer to the Wynn self-parking garage or you can also part at the Encore self-parking if you want a short walk. First 3 hours of parking is free for anyone (both NV residents and non-residents). This Encore Theater is located just to the right of the Awakening Theater. Staff is friendly and helpful, stage view good, lights and sound good, large display screens enhance your experience, and seats are nice (they do not have drink holders). I had seen David Blaine in the past and like his show so brought my wide to check it out. Again, Davis put on an amazing and entertaining show. He uses a lot of random audience members for his show and it is great and fun to see their reactions. I particularly like the card trick he does at the end with all audience members which is baffling. I would give David Blaine's show itself 5 Stars. Overall, we had another great experience at this theater. read more

If you've never watched him live, add him on IG and follow him for his upcoming shows - it is SO worth it! THE VENUE/AMBIANCE: The Encore Theater is a great venue for shows. There is not one seat in its entirety that's bad! The entry way into the theater is plush and gets you ready and excited for what's to come. THE STAFF: From the moment you walk up, all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Shout out to Chester at the concession stand - man ... before we even got to our seats this man had us laughing! Never seen him but I know he always does shows in Vegas and my mom loves him so my curiosity got me. He literally had my cry-laughing!!!!! Great venue for a concert! A big plus is that it's a small theater (1,480 seating capacity). Acoustics are great. Our seats were in the mezzanine section, Row F, seats 101 and 102 on the aisle. These gave a good view of the performance. With such a small theater, probably any seat is a good one. We took an Uber and avoided having to fight traffic to/from and avoided having to find a parking place. Uber dropped us off at the Encore and it's a short walk to the theater. I'm going to keep an eye out for concerts here in the future. It was well worth the trip to Vegas for a short, 2-night get away! read more

Surprising my husband and my brother with tickets to see Nate Bargatze on a Friday night, we had the opportunity to experience the encore theater. The theater itself was quite spacious, despite feeling compact at the same time. We had fantastic seats in the lower level and the seats were quite comfortable. Ushers are exceptionally friendly and are very accommodating for individuals with disabilities. The Encore Theater is like all Vegas show theater for music tbh I had expected a bit more from a Wynn. But the acoustic was ok the sears somewhat comfortable. It is missing drink holder - I was expecting when I pay $25 for a Diet Coke and a water I would not to hold it in my hands the whole time, lol. Talking about drinks. They serve cocktails and have a lot of "bars set up" so it's relatively fast to get your drinks. That's said maybe here is an idea to the management. Mixing drinks costs a lot of time. Maybe you can open a non alcoholic only bar since given out only bottles drinks is faster then missing and a lot of people don't drink or don't wanna drink booze. Also Wynn it might surprise you but we are in 2022 when i write this review and it's also speeding up the interaction of you don't require a physical card - use Apple Pay or at least some tap reader for credit-cards. So here is an important tip: don't even think about not taking your physical credit card with you when visiting the Wynn theater! (Like I did for a second :)) read more

Encore Theater At Wynn Las Vegas is a nice venue for concerts and entertainment. The stage is a good size and there's plenty of seatings to choose from especially for a balcony view. Drinks at the fancy bar are a bit pricey, a Fiji bottled water cost about $20. They also have a pop up stand for fresh hot popcorn. My brother and his wife had extra tickets to Adam Lambert's The Witch Hunt Tour for October 26th and the concert starts at 8pm. Seatings at Encore Theater was packed full and brimming with people dressed in all kinds of Halloween costumes. The acoustics are incredible at this theater! Adam Lambert performed several hit songs including by Queen "Another One Bites The Dust" and "Stone Cold Crazy." He also did an impressive cover of Chris Isaak "Wicked Game" and Pink "Whataya Want From Me." His original songs like "Ghost Town" and "If I Had You" got me smiling throughout the night! Honestly, this was an amazing experience and the best concert ever! I would go here again. read more

Came here to see Jo Koy, and had so much fun. Not his best show, but still pretty good. It was a sold out Sunday night show during Labor Day weekend, so every seat was filled. It didn't seem like there could be a bad seat in the auditorium. I sat on the highest level (mezzanine left), and the view was fine. It is a smaller theater, in a hotel that's not one of my favorite in Vegas, but it did have a nice intimate feel to it, and the beautiful purple hue lighting around the stage. But be aware that the seating might be a bit tight for tall people (luckily I'm short, so it wasn't a problem for me). A couple things I didn't like... there was a screen on stage but it was not used to display the performers on stage (only to put the name on there), so there was no close up viewing for those sitting further from the stage. Also, the staircase to the mezzanine level didn't have a good flow. It was so crowded before and after the show, it took forever to walk down the stairs with slow-ass people in the way. There were really long lines for drinks and concessions as well (they offered a few snacks), but we opted not to get anything here. By the way, only half the people wore face masks, so if you're concerned about COVID, you would probably not feel too comfortable here. read more

Last night we watched Brian McKnight perform live. The show was perfect. The focus was on his amazing live vocals and his awesome band. Now, the theater. I love how it was small enough to be intimate. However, the seats were so narrow. Literally rubbing shoulders with the person next to you. No cup holders on the seats. We were seated in orchestra, by the way. They sold drinks and popcorn. A cocktail, 2 shots of crown royal, and a small popcorn cost a hefty $75! Phew! But, that's part of the experience i guess. Somehow, when we got to the "gate" to leave the parking garage, we didn't have to pay so that was a pleasant surprise. Would i watch another show at this venue? If the artist is worth it, yes. read more
