I've been coming here for about a year now and each visit is more and more disappointing. Every time I come here, there's never anybody in the front. I mentioned that in a friendly way in passing on my last visit. I was told the reason why but at some point you need to make an appearance within the first few minutes a customer enters the store. I would say this gives off a very impersonal vibe and it's not very customer friendly. Another thing that I noticed with some of the food is the balls of rice in most of the dishes aren't cooked all the way and even after you microwave it, it's still hard. I've had that happen several times and that's just not acceptable when you're paying over $15 for each entree. And I want to add that the portion sizes on the smaller entrees just don't make sense for $12. It looks like I only get 2oz of meat, garnish size amount of veggies and hard rice for that price and it's just not worth it. Also, on this visit I was about to grab some muffins for the week and was shocked to see they go from $3.95 to $5.95 within the month. How in the heck do you hike up your price to $2 dollars per muffin? A small hike of $.50 would make sense but a $2 dollars hike? You gotta be kidding me! I promise you that at these prices, I don't see this place lasting very long, especially since the customer service is pretty much nonexistent. After this recent visit, I've decided to get my readymade meals elsewhere because I'm no longer enjoying the food, the lack of service or their unrealistic prices. I was immediately greeted upon walking in and given the low down on the meals available. I was also offered a basket for shopping. I selected four different meals to try; the chicken curry, the chicken lettuce cups, the surf and turf hibachi, and the barbacoa enchiladas. They rotate their menu so you can try different meals. They offer lean, bulk, breakfast, snacks, proteins and sides by the pound, and custom meals. They also deliver and offer a subscription service with discounted meals that can be paused if needed. I loved all of my meals. Usually meal prep compromises flavor for nutrition, but these meals are flavorful and addicting. This is coming from a girl who is the daughter of a chef and super picky about her food. I am so glad I found Pure Fit. I honestly am glad i randomly stumbled across this meal prep store ! It is definitely my favorite one that i have tried so far as they have great variety. They have lean/bulk options. I grabbed the salmon lean size and i like that it is actually a lean portion and it tasted very fresh compared to other meal preps spots. I love that they have a nice variety of Pressed juicery drinks and i like that they carry different mixes of their juices and also carry their wellness shots. i would say the only reason why i would give it 4 stars instead of 5 is only because for the first minute that i was in the store, nobody was there to greet me- i was just hearing the staff in the back laughing obnoxiously loud instead of being in the front greeting, ect but that's okay i will still come back regularly for meal preps ! read more

We recently discovered Pure Fit since it is located on our side of town and it has definitely become one of our stops when stocking up on our meal prep. The store is very clean and everything is labeled for easy shopping. Not sure why the expiration dates are located on the bottom part of the label/container. It would definitely be easier to read if they were located right on top or maybe on the side panel? Also noticed the prices are a little higher compared to another meal prep place that we shop at. But everything I tried so far has been tasty and good quality. This is the only place I know of that has Hawaiian style pork and cabbage, which is my favorite meal here! I know this is going to sound petty, but I wish the pork and cabbage were separated instead of being mixed together. The Pot Roast is my second favorite, although it would be great if there were no onions in them, LOL. I know, I know, minor inconveniences. Apparently their menu rarely changes, which can be a negative for those who prefer rotating menus. Customer service has always been friendly and parking has never been an issue. By far my favorite meal prep place in the area. Pot roast, turkey Thai basil, chicken lettuce wraps, and the sliders are my go to meals. Love the energy bites for a snack. I bought some meals and was so excited to eat my meal only to find out that the meal had a sour smell to it and was rotten which is absolutely disgusting. considering that I am paying $12-14 a meal this is ridiculous. You could at least make sure the food is edible. I do not have the time to go back a return items to replace the meals I paid for. You buy for convenience and I had to spend extra time and money to replace the disgusting rotten meals that I got from this place. I would give 5 stars if they had more variety. The woman at the front counter said they don't add new things very often since they have such a large variety. I found the variety limited for anyone seeking lower carb options. I have tried other meal prep places in the valley that have rotating menus and more variety and I personally prefer that. I also wish their carbs weren't just rice or a potato. The rice and potatoes in the meals I purchased were pretty bland. But the main proteins/ course were very delicious. My favorite meal was the shrimp scampi, but it's their only low carb option that's not a salad. Everything I purchased was tasty. Price was pretty comparable to other services.
