This PA misdiagnosed my symptons, even with something simple, and she charged more than a licensed doctor would. This PA, K. Suvittayasini evidentally was not ready to see patients on her own yet! I was then very upset. I called this location many times wanted to speak to someone there but they ignored my request for a return call. I used to come to this location for labwork and they were very good back then, but somehow this is not a good location to go to anymore after they reopened and now it is an Immdicate Care center. So dissapointed! I am afraid to come to this location now.

Lake Point urgent care should be the reference from which every other urgent care center is modeled: the facility is spotless but warm and inviting, the staff (especially clinical staff) are 10/10 on both medical proficiency and bedside manner, and you get answers and treatment...FAST. I don't understand why other urgent care centers...not to mention internal medicine offices...can't operate this smoothly. We typically get in and back at home with a diagnosis and filled prescription in about a hour. Dr Radovic, who owns the clinic and practices there I believe most days, is a top notch doctor who has consistently gone above and beyond for my wife and myself. If you live an hour away or less, you shouldn't go to any other urgent care.

The time between the nurse taking your vitals and the doctor seeing you is minimal (maybe another few minutes?). Every single person from the front desk, to the nursing staff to the doctor himself are incredibly kind and they actually listen. I've been places where doctors act like they know your body better than you and it's extremely frustrating. Dr Radovic isn't like that. He listens, he believes you, he doesn't say "it's probably just because you're fat" like a lot of doctors love to do to every problem. This place is a little out of my way but I come here exclusively now.

I'm disappointed with the patient follow-up protocols in the neurosurgery department. My hard-to-get appointment had been booked for months. It was abruptly cancelled this morning. They claimed they tried to reach me. I had no messages either through the portal or my home telephone line. Maybe try a little harder? I also was stunned at how unapologetic the receptionist was. Look, I realize it's a long holiday weekend, but our time matters, too. You came up short here. Do better.

Northshore is much too massive to have any type of organizational methods or effective scheduling of appointments. Northshore is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Yesterday I was on hold for over 75 mins, and they still were not able to successfully schedule the appointment. Yes, you read the hold time correctly. Today I was on hold for 20 minutes; and they were still not able to successfully schedule the appointment. Apparently only 1 person is currently able to schedule appointments for this particular department. What? Do yourself a favor. Save yourself an immense amount of frustration and aggravation. Find a different medical practice for all of your doctor appointments. Northshore is the worst.

He told me it felt like he had strep so I wanted to get him in for a strep culture right away since he's leaving for camp this next weekend. Unfortunately, our pediatrician was fully booked for the day so I looked for options for a pediatric immediate care. Admittedly I was a little worried about the negative reviews on Yelp, but figured how hard could a strep culture be. And it ended up being a positive experience. I booked the first appointment of the day online, which was for 10am. I hoped this would prevent us from sitting in a waiting room with a bunch of sick kids on a Monday morning. When we got there we were the only people there. Hurray! I filled out the paperwork on my phone (relatively easy) and then we were called back to see the nurse and then nurse practitioner. The nurse took his temp, vitals and strep test. 10 min later the NP walked in and pronounced him strep free! She said it looked like a cold and gave us some recommendations (rest, fluids, inhaler for his asthma, etc). The whole thing took about 30 min from when we first walked into the office. They are open until 10pm, but told me their Morton Grove office is open until midnight which is good to know since those sick scares often happen late at night.

The reception staff were friendly; however, they/the office had me do a test that was absolutely not necessary and though I didn't ask questions about it I was in a lot of pain and didn't even really think about it. They really need to move to a model where they are telling you why they want or need a particular test so that you can refuse if you want. Generally I would not opt out of a test, but this one was truly superfluous, and worth removing one star. The doctor I saw was excellent. She listened to my concerns and her exam did not feel perfunctory or rushed. She provided a prescription for immediate relief as well as a referral for PT and I've been undergoing treatment since. The waiting room was reasonably sized and comfortable, and I'm not sure if it was the day or time of day but there were only a couple other people there. The parking lot is huge, but this is kind of an outpatient medical center; in addition to the immediate care clinic there are offices, oncology services, and other specialists to be found here.

I have been here before and depending who greets you, it can be an unpleasant experience. I was seen by the PA, Rebecca. Boy, I sure hope I got her name right. What a pleasant experience with the exam, conversation and recommendations. I had X-rays and the lady who performed the test was amazing. X-rays were read immediately and treatment was discussed. This whole experience was very much needed while dealing with so much pain. Everyone made me feel better. Round of applause Saturday staff!

She couldn't take out the way and didn't know if I have an ear infection or not. I hate waiting and waiting to see a nurse practitioner. It took me like 2 hours almost 3 for me to leave there. They were so disorganized too. If it was a Sunday and I really needed to see them then I would go but otherwise I wouldn't.

I was more than a little surprised that they don't have any sort of toys here for kids. My kid's pediatrician, dentist, etc. and even some children's stores we've been to have some sort of children's activity to keep them occupied. There was also a woman here who just was not friendly and seemed like do judgy, like she doesn't expect children to act like children--for instance, when my kid ran behind their reception counter because they left the door door to that area. There's lots of parking, so we had no issue there. Our appointment was fairly quick; from check-in to leaving took at most 45 minutes, and that's including seeing the physician and getting an x-ray. They must bill in 30 minute increments because the doctor said he saw us for 30 minutes, but he was with us for MAYBE five, so if they don't that's a little questionable.

They went out of their way to make sure not only my son was comfortable and happy, but that I felt supported and at ease every step of the way. They explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood the process and procedure. Thanks to their care and compassion, my son went into surgery with a smile on his face--and came out with one too. I'm beyond grateful for the amazing team at Lurie's. We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience!

During my first visit I was told by her that she was very busy because there was a doctor in the practice on leave and she was overbooked. I had several questions for her regarding my heath, and I was told by her that she did not have time to answer any of my questions. But, she did spend over 5 minutes of our visit trying to convince me to get a flu vaccine, even after I declined twice. I would have rather she spent our limited time answering my immediate health concerns as opposed to trying to convince me of getting a vaccine I did not need. My second visit never even happened because she was overbooked and had no time once again. I was very disappointed in the service that was not provided to me as a new at this practice.
