I have been here several times with my family and I've always loved the place! The atmosphere is very cozy and rustic and the food is really good! I love this little gem and I recommend it to lots of our friends. The reason I haven't given it a five-star is because the last couple times I went there with my family of five, there are never any tables to accommodate a group. The bigger tables have been occupied by one or two people. I wish they would keep the bigger tables available for bigger parties. It really doesn't seem fair... We have ended up sitting downstairs at a small and cramped table in the corner. The service is not as good in the downstairs area. They seem to be very short-staffed and the service is extremely slow when dining downstairs. Last time we went for breakfast, it took us 45 minutes just to get our coffee after we were seated. I love this place and we will try it again. My boys love dining here and they love the gluten free waffles and the avocado wrap. A casual, unique environment and friendly wait staff that makes you feel at home, plus there is always cool art on the walls to the lower level seating/ riverside patio area! Their black Tie mocha is delicious and their cold brew definitely has a kick! Last time I had the avacado tomato basil toast with roasted tomato aoli and it was AMAZING! Wow! My wife and I have passed by this place dozens of times and have said over and over that we want to try it. My mother, a keen coffee lover, was in town this weekend, so we decided to visit. So glad we did! First impression - the ambiance is great! We were greeted by a friendly host and selected a table where we took in the views of the river and the tastefully decorated interior. The three of us ordered our lattes and espressos (Creme Bru-Latte, Black Tie Special Mocha & Sticky Bun Latte) and were each so pleased with our drink that we had to try each other's. Absolutely amazing! When we thought it couldn't get better, our breakfast arrived- Ugandan street treats too good for words (we had the Denver Rolex and Norteno Rolex) and an apple fritter. Amazing coffee and delicious food. Try their americano or espresso- it's perfectly balanced and very smooth. JJ Steak Breakfast with bacon jam is one of my favorite breakfasts of all time. We came to Endiro last weekend looking for cocoa crawl mugs and wanting to check out a local coffee shop. We decided this is our new favorite weekend stop. I had a maple hazelnut cappuccino to drink and a rolex (think elevated breakfast wrap) and both were outstanding. The cappuccino was flavorful with a thick layer of foam, stayed hot, and was generous in size. The rolex was full of fresh ingredients with a sweet and tangy salsa on top. Hubby ordered his coffee in a French press and loved the Ugandan bean. His breakfast sandwich was sizeable, fresh, and affordable. We've been back since with a similar experience. The staff is friendly, service is prompt, and the restaurant is clean and cozy. We will be repeat customers for sure! read more

This is one of my favorite spots in downtown Aurora. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious, the coffee is out of this world, and I love that they employ a lot of students from the area. Adorable decor - I even bought a shirt to rep the business! My only concern is that they are not open early enough in the morning for me to grab a coffee before I go to work, which makes my trips to Endiro a weekend-only thing. read more

I finally got the chance to go to Endiro Coffee! It's been a long time waiting! I just went in for a quick coffee. I ended up ordering a creme brûlée latte & it was AMAZING! So perfect for a fall day, & it comes with a little cookie. The atmosphere inside is very calm, relaxing, & it feels very homey. Their food looks really good, homemade, maybe a tad pricy. I did not have the chance to try any, but I definitely will when I go back. The only reason this review isn't 5 stars is because the service was extremely slow. There was only one girl taking orders so I do not blame her, but I do think they should hire some more help because waiting for a long time can shy customers away. I had to wait at the register to pay for about 5 minutes before she was able to help. Once again, I do not blame her, & maybe that's just how these coffee shops are? I'm not too sure. But I definitely recommend stopping in for a nice coffee & a quick bite to eat! They also have a quiet downstairs area on the river that people go to for studying or reading. read more

There is a lack of urgency here that needs to be addressed. I waited 45 minutes for a black bean torta and then later was told the order of my ticket came out after my friends. I work in the service industry so I understand things happen. But nothing was done or communicated with me until I had been sitting there for more than half an hour (keep in mind I was also on a time crunch). The atmosphere is cool, relaxing, with a full cozy bookshelf, changing art displays, vintage touches and we get excited when the couch is open, next to the heater in the winter. Okay I have taken way too long to review this place. I have gone to Endiro very many times, it is my favorite coffee shop in Aurora. Every single time I go, I am greeted with a smile and feel so welcomed. The atmosphere is just beautiful and the coffee is great! This is an African coffee shop so the style of lattes is different than an American coffee shop- there is more foam in the lattes in house. I appreciate that very much- staying unique and true to themselves. The authenticity and service of this shop shows its heart for the people for Aurora. For finals week they didn't close for 4 days! So cool! Wish I could give this place 10 stars! Also, there are no mirrors in the bathroom, instead they have encouraging notes - such a good message. read more

Bang bang chicken, skirt steak, the gonja chips, everything is sooo GOOD. They have new special coffees every month I think, and they are always so good. I finally popped in and wasn't disappointed. The staff was super friendly and explained the differences between a macchiato and a latte which was helpful. I opted for a latte made with 2% milk. The balance of coffee flavor to milk and foam was perfect, just what I needed on a cold day. They also gave us two complimentary snickerdoodle cookies which were a nice bonus.
