Again, two perfectly executed proteins with sides that perfectly complimented the flavors. The combination of parsnip puree and romesco sauce with the lamb was divine. My professional instructor, Oleg Dimitrov, is talented, creative, patient beyond measure, dedicated, focused ... and a lot of fun. For the past three years, I have been participating in ballroom dance competitions throughout the state, which has elevated my dancing to a whole new level. Thank you, Oleg! I enjoy going to the studio's Saturday night social dance parties. Asya and Anya create a full buffet for dinner each week (first they are dancers and second excellent chefs!). And then we dance. It's a wonderful opportunity to experience an elegant party focused on dancing. It's a perfect place for dancers of all levels -- beginners to experienced. Group lessons, private lessons, practice sessions, Saturday night socials, field trips to competitions, showcases ... It's all at Royal Ballroom Dance Studio in Vero Beach.
