Kelley was completely honest with me. She really educated me about my lashes and told me that I needed my real lashes to breathe and take some time to have my real lashes grow as well giving suggestion of what kind of eye lash serum to use. She also wanted to have a free consultation after a month using lash serum checking in where my lashes are. I appreciate her honest feedback and letting me know she may not be able to do my lashes if it balding and how my previous eye lash technician didnt even tell me how my lashes were or the kind of state it was. She didn't even tell me my real lashes were damaged and frail that she just kept putting the extension on top of my baby hair that were growing. Kelley was a life saver because if that would have continued I wouldn't have anymore lashes and will be balding, she really cares about her client and quality of her work.i really appreciate her honesty instead of just caring about making money off of me. She is a genuinely person. After listening to Kelley- giving my lashes a break for 1 month in a half, using the eye lash serum that she suggested, and only putting the lash extensions on that were healthier and not putting on the ones that was still growing or not healthy... concluded my lashes growing back healthier, and longer than before. I am happy I found Kelley and saving me from my eye lash balding.. her environment is cozy, clean, relaxing, and sometimes I can just take a little nap and I appreciate Kelley recognizing that.. there are times we just need a break of silence and peace for ourselves.

I even showed her a photo. She wasted 2 1/2 of my time accomplishing nothing. My lashes looked the exact same as they did before!! And she charged me $100 for it!! If she couldn't do the lashes I asked for, she should have told me. Plus the few lashes she put on, all fell out the next morning. She did not tell me how to clean them or give me anything to clean them with. She did not tell me how long I should wait to get them wet or anything. I had to walk back into her place to ask her if she could give me an eyelash brush because I had remembered my friends using brushes to brush out their lashes that they got done at a different place. I'm pretty sure this isn't a certified business. Her place is a small, hidden suite in the middle of therapy businesses. The only way I'm going back to that horrible place is to go to the suites next to it and get therapy for what she's done to me. I'm currently crying, $100 is a lot for me, I'm a broke college student and I let her know that. I asked for a refund and she said no. Even though I would let her take them off of me, she still would not refund me. Instead, she texted me about how I wasted her time when she wasted my time!! And my money!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! I had The Hydrate Facial and this is the best experience ever. June, she did my facial with care and customized it a little bit to fit with my skin type. My skin is always red and it's very sensitive. When she used the suction to clean, she tried to do very mild and gentle to my skin. During the process, she always asked how i feel, if it's ok, and if the room temperature is good,... At the end, she also gave out samples that will help me skin. After everything is done, i checked on mirror and saw my skin looks very bright, hydrated and not red like i usually had. After a couple tries of her trying to draw the template and it wasn't quite right, I asked if I could do the drawing and I ended up loving them! A few years later I was back and this time I figured it would be a breeze since the old tattoo was there as a template and I had drawn them to show Alix how I wanted them to look ( hair stroke into solid ) the first draw she did I asked her to redo and I said that "looked better" but they still looked off and for that I completely blame myself , I thought with the template of the old tattoo and coming in with my makeup on so she could see how I draw them, it would be good. Long short , it was a learning lesson not to ever underestimate a consultation. I ended up coming back in for a corrective tattoo which is better for sure, but I do wish we went lighter the second time so I could still do hair strokes with my pencil..falling short on consultation again. I realize mistakes happen and it's ok, but I have had the hardest time receiving correspondence from this artist. I've been left on read a couple times with no reply while dealing with the aftermath of the brows. I'm currently waiting for her to respond to a text I sent 7 months ago :( just asking for her to add a dab to the one that looks more square. She said I could reach out if they needed another adjustment. I've been very patient. Never got mad, never cried , nothing dramatic. Still leaving 5 stars for my girl, but I'm feeling overall underwhelmed with this experience especially the bad communication. The worst part is that I think about Alix every single morning when I pencil over these brows trying to make the most out of them, but my guess, I'm pretty far from her thoughts and it seems she has no intention of getting back to me.

I had lip blushing done with Kelly and unfortunately it was not a very good experience. First, she…read moreput on the numbing agent but then didn't come back for 45 minutes and it was all completely inactive by then. I felt everything fully and it was excruciatingly painful. I kept telling her that it was too painful and she just seemed inconvenienced rather than concerned. In the end, the color wasn't any different than my regular lip color, and I definitely like an all-natural, subtle look so for me to feel that way says something. The main draw of the blushing for me was to line just outside the lips to make them look fuller but she didn't even do that. When I asked her about it, she told me we would do that in a second session but when I booked and spoke about the procedure with her, I was never told I would have to come back for a second session. It was so incredibly painful and with lackluster results that I just never came back. It ended up being a waste of my money, time, and a LOT of pain.
