    WUHAN HOT & DRY NOODLES

Every dish I have tried was amazing and the prices are perfect! The first time I went was approximately $20 for two mains, and the next day I went again for dinner which was $35 for two appetizers and two mains! The vegan veggie options were phenomenal! The environment is absolutely perfect! The owner is so sweet and creates such a great place to eat where you're not afraid to ask for anything! The seating is perfect to get the sense that you're eating alone even if there are a few other tables. I highly recommend the peanut noodles and have tried to recreate them every day since I ordered them and mine just don't taste the same. It is my go to restaurant now, and I will be back often!

Char siu pork bao has a lot of char siu pork every bite.

I was pleasantly surprised by Endless Noodles. The taste was quite authentically Northern Chinese. The several noodle dishes we ordered, although all had he same type of noodles, each one tasted different from the other. The Dan Dan noodles were spicy hot; the sesame noodles had a vinegar soy based dressing; the stewed beef noodles soup had the traditional anise and peppercorn aroma; the peanut noodles had a tasty peanut sauce. The char siu pork bun had a good pork to bun ratio. The weakest dish was the won ton, the filling was very bland. The service was friendly and fast. We were the first table of the day and there was only one server and two people in the kitchen.

We…read morewere visiting nearby for a photoshoot, and just needed a place to unwind and grab some food. With its nearly two thousand Google reviews and tasty looking menu, it was a no brainer. Instantly as we stepped in the restaurant we were blown away by the elegant decor and ambiance. You could have a classy dinner date, birthday celebration, or even wedding here if you wanted to! The space is built for all kinds of occasions and has many private rooms and spaces for the same. We, of course, sat on the main floor, with a couple other people eating at 4PM. The service was professional and fast, although I didn't feel too confident on the menu suggestions they gave me. We ended up ordering the Braised Beef Noodle Soup ($18), DongPo Pork ($27) and Xiaolongbao ($7) to share between two people. We did not need the dim sum dish - the other two items had sufficient portion to have us full. The star was definitely the DongPo Pork, which was perfectly braised and super tender. With rice, it was delicious. The noodle soup, while tasty, was a bit overhyped by the waiter who made it sound life changing - not at all mad at it, but I have definitely had better. In St. Catherines, I would assume that 'better' does not exist, so I understand. Overall, great visit. On the pricer side for Chinese food (around $80 all in for two people) but it certainly is upscale dining. I don't live anywhere close to St. Catherines so unlikely to be back, but I will recommend it to my friends if they visit the area.

Many may already know them through the Wind group and their other locations. The atmosphere is one of the standout features -- modern and warm, while still embracing the building's historic architecture, with beautiful wooden rafters and ambient lighting that create a very inviting dining room. We enjoyed several Hong Kong-style dim sum dishes, and everything was tasty. That said, for a place specializing in authentic dim sum, I'd be remiss not to mention the surprising omission of Ha Cheung Fun -- with its silky delicate texture and sweet soy sauce, it's one of the true classics. C'mon guys, it's part of the "Big Three" of dim sum -- Har Gow, Siu Mai, and Ha Cheung Fun! Service was excellent -- our server was wonderful, attentive, and very thorough throughout the meal. A helpful tip many people may not know: there's a large parking lot directly across from the entrance, making parking much easier than it first appears. Overall, a beautiful space with solid dim sum and excellent service -- still one of the better options in the Niagara region. Saluti.

Steam One Cafe is a relatively new place in Brooklin offering Chinese Dim Sum. I went there…read morerecently with a foodie friend and her family to try their offerings. We ordered some of the popular dim sum fare, including Har Gow, Siu Mai, Bean Curd Rolls, Spare Ribs with Black Beans, Soup Dumplings, and BBQ Pork Puff Pastry. The best value though, would have to be the Steam One Dim Sum Combo, with six different pieces, a perfect sampling. Not everything was perfect though, with good and not so good... Good * The food was decent, with good flavours. * It's the only place in the area serving dim sum. * They offer everything frozen to take home. * Nice simple decor. Not So Good * Portions are a bit on the small side. * Prices are higher than Scarborough or Markham. * Food is cooked/warmed to order, hence slow. This place is a decent option for people living in the area and craving dim sum. I live closer to restaurants offering better, less expensive dim sum with more choices so that's a better option for me.

The outside is a dump, hole in the wall kind of spot, but don't be fooled, they cleaned it up nice inside. It is a cozy space, so reservations are recommended for peak times. Also plus, free parking. The menu is small compared to larger restaurants in Markham, but for the location and clientele, it is perfect for those wanting a taste of authentic HK dim sum and first timers to try something new. Dual sided with English and Chinese menu. Also, to add to the authentic experience, the staff also speak Chinese. That may not amount to much, but that made it more wholesome for me. Price is on par with other dim sum prices these days. They also have the same selection of food in the freezers available for you to buy to eat at home. I got a bunch of our favourites from our lunch. We had a good time here and will be returning soon!

We ordered the following: A9: Dumplings (Pot Stickers) ($6.00). B4: Black Pepper & Garlic Beef ($15.50). V5: Nest of Fortune ($13.00). RN6: Pineapple Fried Rice ($12.50). All the food was quite good. The number of different ingredients,  especially in the Dumplings, Nest of Fortune, and Pineapple Fried Rice, were excellent and unexpected. My one small complaint was that the Beef was a little too salty, but everything else tasted good. They have lunch specials, too. They opened 2023-11-13. They bought it over from a previous Chinese owner who was retiring. The menu is quite different, but they kept the old claypot dish. There is enough indoor table seating and counter seating, but most people order for takeout. A husband and wife team ran Jasmine Garden in Niagara Falls for 26 years. They moved to this St. Catharines location on 2023-11-13. The husband is the chef. There is no free WiFi. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. There is one gender-neutral washroom. There is free parking in the mall's parking lot. There are two high chairs for little children. Review 2024-034
