    WUHAN HOT & DRY NOODLES
    Scooter N.

Every dish I have tried was amazing and the prices are perfect! The first time I went was approximately $20 for two mains, and the next day I went again for dinner which was $35 for two appetizers and two mains! The vegan veggie options were phenomenal! The environment is absolutely perfect! The owner is so sweet and creates such a great place to eat where you're not afraid to ask for anything! The seating is perfect to get the sense that you're eating alone even if there are a few other tables. I highly recommend the peanut noodles and have tried to recreate them every day since I ordered them and mine just don't taste the same. It is my go to restaurant now, and I will be back often!

Char siu pork bao has a lot of char siu pork every bite.

I was pleasantly surprised by Endless Noodles. The taste was quite authentically Northern Chinese. The several noodle dishes we ordered, although all had he same type of noodles, each one tasted different from the other. The Dan Dan noodles were spicy hot; the sesame noodles had a vinegar soy based dressing; the stewed beef noodles soup had the traditional anise and peppercorn aroma; the peanut noodles had a tasty peanut sauce. The char siu pork bun had a good pork to bun ratio. The weakest dish was the won ton, the filling was very bland. The service was friendly and fast. We were the first table of the day and there was only one server and two people in the kitchen.

Visited MA Chinese Cuisine while in St. Catharines. I've been enjoying this spot since they opened…read moretheir doors in 2017. Many may already know them through the Wind group and their other locations. The atmosphere is one of the standout features -- modern and warm, while still embracing the building's historic architecture, with beautiful wooden rafters and ambient lighting that create a very inviting dining room. We enjoyed several Hong Kong-style dim sum dishes, and everything was tasty. That said, for a place specializing in authentic dim sum, I'd be remiss not to mention the surprising omission of Ha Cheung Fun -- with its silky delicate texture and sweet soy sauce, it's one of the true classics. C'mon guys, it's part of the "Big Three" of dim sum -- Har Gow, Siu Mai, and Ha Cheung Fun! Service was excellent -- our server was wonderful, attentive, and very thorough throughout the meal. A helpful tip many people may not know: there's a large parking lot directly across from the entrance, making parking much easier than it first appears. Overall, a beautiful space with solid dim sum and excellent service -- still one of the better options in the Niagara region. Saluti.

We had a reservation for six at 7:30 PM and were seated promptly. Our server, whose name I unfortunately can't remember, was fantastic. When the guys in our group asked for beer recommendations, he was knowledgeable and even brought them samples to try. I can't list every dish we ordered (we had a lot), so I'll focus on my favorites: Chive Egg Pan-Fried Bun - 10/10. Perfect flavor and texture, not greasy, and with a great bread-to-filling ratio. Cucumber Salad - Refreshing and crisp, a great palate cleanser to balance out the richer dishes. Crispy Noodles - Not overly salty, with just the right amount of sauce so the noodles stayed crisp instead of going soggy. Har Gow (Shrimp Dumplings) - A must-order for any dim sum spot. These were generously filled with shrimp, with minimal fillers, a satisfying crunch, and served piping hot. Squid Legs- Nice and lightly sauced. Perfectly cooked so it wasn't too chewy. There were more dishes that I didn't get to try (pescetarian here), but I was thoroughly impressed with the ones I did have. The ambiance was modern and clean--not your typical mom-and-pop Chinese restaurant. It was dimly lit, spacious, and well-kept. I also have to give a special shoutout to the bathrooms, which were some of the nicest I've seen. Each stall was its own private space with a personal sink--unique, private, and super convenient. Overall, if I'm ever back in Canada and near this area, I would absolutely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

The place looks like a home that was converted into a restaurant with parking in the back but once you enter, you feel like you are going into one of your Auntie's places for an actual home cooked meal. And they did not disappoint! Each dish was made to order and took a short time but you could tell it was prepared by a chef with a lot of experience and care--just looking at how the veggies were chopped/diced you can see they put their energy into each dish. The flavors were really superb and not at all overpowering and one major bonus--nothing was over salted or over oily as you might think typical Chinese food can get. Our party of 4 loved every bite and finished all our dishes, no leftovers. As you can see in the photos, they make an excellent meal. Prices are also very affordable and competitive with anything near the touristy areas. So if you want a solid, great meal prepared by a true mom & pop kitchen that feels like a home cooked meal, you really gotta try them out. I asked them how business was in summer vs winter and they said it's tough when it's winter (less tourists) but they make it work. It's also nice and quiet/intimate so you can have an actual conversation with your group rather than try to talk over some loud music at a chain restaurant! ----TL;DR---- Pros: excellent Chinese cuisine at very affordable prices and great portions. Not too salty or oily. And super nice, friendly owners who provide great service and great food. Cons: not easy to walk to from the main strip but if you have a car it's an easy drive. Skip the touristy places and come here! Bottom Line: it was the best meal we had in Niagara Falls and everyone was full and satisfied. I'd definitely go back again.

Before I forget, there was a posted sign: "Cash is 5% discount". I saw other tables received steamer baskets full of dumplings: Bao, shiu mai, and xiao long bao, which was a very attractive presentation. There are no condiments on the table, but the waitress will bring whatever you ask for. I ordered the spiciest thing on the menu: Dan Dan noodles. I'm on a quest for something to make me feel the burn. This wasn't it either. If I had to guess the ingredients, I'd say a cup of fried ground pork over a quart of mushy noodles, water for broth, and a sprinkling of chopped cilantro floating in a quarter teaspoon chili oil. At the very bottom of the bowl there was a slight taste of mala chili peppers. At $14 it was filling, nourishing, but I'd probably try the soup dumplings next time.

Was provided a hot lemon infused cloth to clean up prior to going up to the stations to eat. Cup never emptied without an ask for refill. Very attentive the entire time. We were sat in the 'C' dining area area. There were room upon room so there's plenty of seating. Each room with a slightly different theme. Ours had a wall of beautiful fish tanks. The dining area, food stations and bathrooms were all very clean, which is so important at a buffet. They even have gloves at the end of each station in case you didn't want to touch the serving utensils with your bare hands. The variety of food goes from everything you can imagine at a Chinese buffet like sushi and fried rice to American options like burgers and fries, to surprises in-between like New England clam chowder and prime rib. Tons of dessert- hard ice cream, cakes, pies, fruit, jello, even Crème brûlée and waffles. One of my favorite surprises was the variety of mocktails. Most places offer me pop as a mocktail or a Shirley Temple at best. Decent pricing. Father's Day special dinner menu was $50/pp (Canadian) about $36/pp (American) which is pretty great for all you get and that's WITH their high tax. I believe the refular pricing is about $10/pp less. A must try only 30 minutes from Western NY.
