Only had 1 blu ray act up when watching and exchanging was easy and painless. The disc was spotless but my blu ray player made an annoying noise while playing it. Must have been a defective disc. I've found a good selection of steelbooks, an overwhelming number of DVDs, and an excellent selection of blu rays. Some I genuinely didn't expect to find used considering the problems I've run into when searching eBay and the like. Deffo check out the markdown wall. It tends to have titles they have too many repeats of. Found some good deals! They have markdown displays near the entrance, too. Employees can search specific titles in their system but it hasn't been very reliable for me. Prices are fine. Not the cheapest or most expensive but instead it's a great choice due to the balance of selection and ease of finding titles. I've also run across some fun bonuses: working digital codes! They're a rare find but sometimes you'll get lucky. The replacement copy of The Revenant came with one.
