The staff is friendly and there is a good amount of People working at all times. The store speaks for itself with the size and flow it's perfect. The section is hands down the best and the prices is a win as well. Be sure to take advantage of their rewards as it saves me $5 last purchase. Fast forward to recently, my girlfriend and I got back into collecting Pokémon cards. When she suggested giving The Collector another try, I was hesitant, but we decided to check it out again. To their credit, the pricing has improved compared to what I remembered, even though it still tends to be on the higher side. We also met a few people there and started making friends, which made the experience more enjoyable. Unfortunately, over time, those friendships seemed to fade for no apparent reason. It started to feel like we were being singled out or treated differently, and the overall atmosphere became uncomfortable. Whether that was intentional or not, it left us feeling unwelcome and targeted. Because of that experience, we've decided not to return. While there are some positive aspects to the store, the overall environment no longer feels like a place where we want to spend our time.
