I was referred to Endodontic Partners of Florida after an incredibly dismissive experience at Wildlight Family Dental, where the dentist actually asked me if I had Googled my symptoms before coming in. At Endodontic Partners, I saw Dr. Cline, who performed a CT scan and diagnosed a reinfection around my root canal. She recommended retreating two teeth, and I asked honest questions about why the first procedure failed, what would happen if the symptoms didn't improve, and if there was follow-up care. I also mentioned that amoxicillin didn't work and asked if another antibiotic might help. The next day, in unbearable discomfort, I called to ask if Dr. Cline would prescribe a different antibiotic. The receptionist told me she'd check with the doctor, and when she called back, I was stunned. Dr. Cline refused to treat me. She claimed I wasn't satisfied with her diagnosis and no longer felt comfortable performing the procedure. I couldn't believe it--after all I'd been through, I was being told I was "too difficult" for simply asking questions. I was in complete shock. I never questioned her expertise or treatment plan--I was just trying to understand my options and advocate for my health. To have my concerns thrown back at me as if I was the problem was beyond unprofessional and heartless. Instead of being supported, I was abandoned. After crying for over an hour, I realized Dr. Cline wasn't confident in her own ability to help me, but instead of being honest, she hid behind a fabricated excuse, blaming me for her lack of care. This was not just bad treatment; it was cruel. Endodontic Partners of Florida failed me completely. They showed no empathy, no professionalism, and absolutely no accountability. I will never recommend this practice to anyone, and I hope no one else has to endure such a cold, heartless experience. read more

I came to the appointment filled with anxiety about having a root canal procedure. Dr. Britto immediately put me at ease. I felt no pain during the procedure. The next day my jaw wasn't even sore from the injections of pain medication. I am extremely pleased with the procedure that was performed. read more

Dr. Britto was FANTASTIC! He explained, in detail, everything he was doing during my (first) root canal. He paid such great attention to detail, was always checking in to see how I was doing, and made sure I was as comfortable as can be during such a delicate procedure. I was surprised at how little pain I experienced after hearing such horror stories from family and friends. I was expecting the worst, but experienced the best. 100% recommend for anyone looking for dental work. read more

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. I went in for an evaluation and treatment for an emergency root canal with Dr. Cline. I was told beforehand that she might not have time to complete the procedure, so I asked if they had any updates prior to letting them complete x-rays and evaluation. I didn't want to pay for an evaluation if they knew for sure they wouldn't be able to complete the root canal today. I suppose they/she didn't like my questioning the process and she came into the room obviously frustrated. I have never experienced such poor bedside manner. After completing an initial test, during which I was rudely informed that I apparently didn't follow the instructions properly, I politely declined their services. If her bedside manner was that abysmal before the procedure even started, I can't imagine how she would have been if I had any issues during it. I can't speak to the other doctor at the practice, but if you are referred to Dr. Cline, I would suggest finding another option. read more

I highly recommend Endodontic partners in fernandia beach. I have absolute fear when it comes to going to the dentist, Kim the assistant to Dr.Diana Cline was there for me all the way she was awesome. I was there because I needed a root canal my first, of course I had heard a number of horror stories , Dr. Cline explained everything. The root canal was done I experienced no pain everything went just as she stated. They both were great, genuinely cares about the patient. read more

Even a 1 is being kind... referred to by my dentist at the time. It took 2 1/2 hours for a root canal...the dr was sweating on me and I had blood on my shirt..after the procedure was finished I mentioned my tooth was still hurting.. he apologized.. never again. read more

I needed to have two root canals done today. Since the teeth were next to each other, Dr. Britto did them at the same time. Dr. Britto did a great job of explaining what he was going to do and with no pain skillfully worked on a difficult situation to save my teeth. I have had other root canals but by far he has done the best job. The staff is so friendly too, see no reason to ever go anywhere else! read more
