After the consultation, the man told me the brace would be in in less than a week. I waited 4 weeks and nothing. Kept calling and leaving messages and finally got a call back. I went in and the brace they gave me was not what my podiatrist had asked for (she asked for a foot brace with gel supports). I got a canvas-like cheap brace that has stiff metal stays in it and the front seems literally push on/dig into the area the doctor wanted the brace to avoid. I wore it for 10 minutes and took it off because it immediately made the pain worse on the side of my foot. Then it takes 2 months to get the bill ($100 for what Amazon literally sells for $18.99) and it was dated 3 weeks ago but mailed 1 day before the due date. I will never go back, I could've saved money and just ordered the right one from Amazon myself.

They took the time to address my concerns and helped me find a wig that would be most flattering on me and matched the color as best they could to my existing color. They told me that I would get a wig kit to go with my selection which would include all the basic necessities in caring for my new wig. It takes about a week to come in from the time they order the wig. Kristen was showing me baseball cap hair extensions which I could use when I did not feel like wearing my new wig. I was definitely interested in that and asked her to order one for me as well. They also sell sleep caps as well as wig caps. Under certain conditions they will accept health insurance.
