I saw Jonathen and he worked some serious magic. Not only did I get off the table feeling better and looser, but I was able to play in my volleyball game that same night! Yes, I was sore the next morning, but that was "good soreness" instead of handicapping pain. I recommend this place to anyone needing a superior massage! Relaxation, deep tissue, sports, or (like in my case) injury treatment massage, they seem to offer it all. I'm so grateful to these guys!!

I made a couple of calls around the area for a last-minute massage and I Spa was the only place with availability. So I went and was greeted by this lady (doesn't speak English very well) who walked me into a room. It looked like no one else was there (now I see why). She showed me a bottle of oil and asked if this was OK. I asked her what that was and she said, "essential oil -- OK?" (Don't they all use oil for massages???) So I said yeah, that was fine. Later I found out that this "essential oil" was an extra $15 (wtf). Then she offered me hot stone (of course she didn't mention this but this was also for an additional fee). I wasn't sure why she was asking at first, so I just said no thanks. Anyway, the moment she lays her hands on me for the massage, I was able to tell that she did not have much strength. I am 5'4 and 98lbs -- you don't need to be a macho man to give me a good massage. I really wanted to walk out or tell her that I wanted to make this a shorter massage, but decided to give her a chance and asked her for more pressure. Since the request, she used her elbows for about 70% of the time. Sigh. I really wanted to leave but this lady was trying and I didn't want to be rude or hurt her feelings. I just stayed through the pain (big mistake). When it was time for me to pay, she explained that the oil was an additional charge and pointed at the rate sheet. First of all, you shouldn't offer services without explaining or getting confirmation from the customer that an additional fee is acceptable. I don't think even think using oil is considered "extra" service but whatever. I looked through the chart and saw that the hot stone was also for an additional fee (WTF). That explains why she kept offering me additional shit when I specifically told her that I was just there for a deep tissue massage. I felt scammed. Their rates were about $30 higher than other places I've been to but I would have been OK if the massage was good. NOT WORTH IT. I didn't even want to tip her but still gave the poor lady $5 for trying. Once she saw that I didn't tip her much, it obviously showed on her face and she did not even thank me or say bye. RUDE. I hope the manager or the owner sees this review because you seriously need to retrain yourselves.

If I could I would give this place a 0 stars. Please don't fall for their 1/2 hr free massage. I got this so called bogus certificate at my work. They had a booth set up at my work where they gave 10 mins free massage. Fell for the trick and accepted the GIFT CERTIFICATE for 1/2 hr massage. Went to their office where they took my id and my health insurance card and made copies. hmm for free 1/2 hr massage? Took me to a room and said a physician will come. A young guy came in and said I have to answer his list of questions. MY mind keeps telling me, but I came here just for the massage. They guy starts asking me questions. My answers to ALL yes ALL questions was I don't know. Did i time myself when I did the laundry yesterday? Did I time myself how many times I got up from my chair at work last week? Hmm no. So all my answers to him was just a make up coz I don't record time for everything I do. So now after a brain trauma of 1/2 hr of questions and answers, I was taken to get several x-rays. 45 mins of being in the room still no sign of massage. Now the young guy tells me that I have to bring my husband to the clinic next time I come so that he can examine him and also tell him how to take care of me. HMmmmm! But I came for the massage right? I was told to go to the front desk and make appointment for me and my husband. I went to the front desk and the nice lady there said I have to make appointment for my next visit where the doctor would go over my x-ray results and put me on a plan. But how come no one still have not said a word about my massage that I came in for? I told the lady that i came in for massage and she said massage will be around your third visit. Really? They even kept the bogus gift certificate that was used just to lure me in and now they are asking me to bring my husband too. Bad practice! Wasted my 1 hr just for nothing. Please avoid this place. Management, please if your physician works so close with his patients, please tell him to brush his teeth coz the whole time he was in the room I felt like I was about to throw up. You are a doctor, at least thats what you said. How could you not know that you have to have your mouth clean. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. YOU WILL BE A JOKER. read more

"I'm Free" These words coming from the mouth of a long time chronic back and neck pain sufferer, since a major automobile accident in 1992. Exhausting all resources after many years of physical therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture and 12 different chiropractors, I had never had a complete sense of relief. That was until I was referred to Meadows Family Chiropractic and Dr. Jeremy Meadows. I decided to check them out, another option could not hurt. I had my doubts at first then I met with Dr. Leah and Dr. Jeremy who explained the process, the treatment time line and the cost. I have now been with them since 2010 and within the first 3 months of working with them, I no longer suffered from daily migraines, lower back pain, sciatic nerve pain or severe neck pain with an acute lack of movement. What can I say, their staff is professional and helpful, they make you feel welcome and wanted and they go out of their way to make sure your well-being comes first. Dr. Jeremy even helped me out when they were closed, due to a fall from a ladder. All I can say is "WOW" go there don't take my word for it, it will change your life. As both doctors have told me when the electrical switches are turned back on every thing else can run. I could never thank them enough for my well being. I have 2 and half year old twin girls and they have been patients of Meadows Family Chiropractic since they were 6 months old! At 6 months old, my one daughter was getting a flat head on one side because she kept sleeping on one side. No matter how often I turned her neck, she kept going back to the one side. I thought maybe she was having a problem with turning her neck, and thought to myself that I trusted Dr. Jeremy enough to take a look at my precious babies and it was the best decision I ever made. The MDs just told me she could wear a helmet for 23 hours a day to help -- Dr. Jeremy adjusted her and then she had better range of motion, and she didn't always sleep on one side, and then her head naturally reshaped to the natural shape! AND AND this is also amazing - that night when both of my girls got adjusted -- they both slept EIGHT (8) HOURS STRAIGHT! Before that, we were on THREE (3) hour sleep cycles -- so 8 was a HUGE deal. It lasted about 6 weeks, and then they started to wake up again, they got adjusted again and then they were sleeping again. Truly, truly amazing. I would absolutely recommend these amazing people to all my family, friends, and anyone who is looking for chiropractic care. I was nervous about finding a new chiropractor as I come from a small town with one chiropractor that everyone knows. I decided to give Energize Chiropractic a try because they were recommended for pediatric care and I was looking for mainly my daughter to receive care. I also needed somewhere for myself and love that we can all be seen as a family. My daughter when she started her care was walking with pigeon toes so both feet were pointed inwards after seeing the doctors here she now walks normal and she loves coming in and getting adjusted. When I started I had extreme back pain from a boating injury I also got headaches and just doing normal chores around the house was really painful for me. Now I can stand and do laundry and dishes without extreme pain. I still get pain sometimes but far less then I used to. I'm also all around happier now. My husband and children have noticed how much more active and happy I have become. If your looking for an amazing chiropractor to not just pop you back into place but to help you fix your body I recommend giving them a try. read more

As a scientist, I was shocked by my experience at Energize Chiropractic and Wellness. This place operates more like a high-pressure sales scheme than a legitimate healthcare provider. They use scare tactics, exaggerate minor health concerns, and push a mountain of overpriced, pseudoscientific "treatments" and products that have no solid basis in science. It's clear they're focused on one thing: getting as much money as possible from unsuspecting patients. The so-called "free" first appointment is a complete bait-and-switch -- it's not free at all. From the moment you walk in, it feels like you're being sold to rather than cared for. The front desk staff and the doctors were both disorganized and uninterested in actually addressing my concerns, only in making sure I bought into their long, expensive list of services. I can't help but question the legitimacy of the five-star reviews here -- they feel suspiciously out of sync with my experience and could very well be manipulated to mask the truth. To anyone considering this place, please don't be fooled. If you're looking for genuine, science-backed care, look elsewhere. read more

I have been extremely happy with Meadows Family Chiropractic. I was reluctant and skeptical when I went to see them early in 2010 for chronic shoulder pain that I had been dealing with for years. I had finally had enough of the pain so thought I would give chiropratic care a try. Even though I was skeptical I stuck to their program of 4 times a week to start, then 3 days a week for a while and then tapered off to 1-2 times a month as needed. During the 3 day a week period my shoulder pain improved to almost non existent. I only notice any stiffness or pain when I am not taking care of myself (sitting at a computer for 10 hours, etc). Both Dr. Jeremy and Dr. Leah offered exercises for me to do at home and work to help. I also changed my desk configuration at work based on an ergonomic eval and purchased new pillows to fit my sleeping style. I have already recommended their practice to friends and co-workers and will continue to do so. They have made a huge difference in my life! read more

I recommend Energize ,, it's not just your regular chiropractor quack that makes you come I. Ten times a week and jump on you kind of place . This doc knows his stuff. They work on wellness not just your pain they have many programs and machines to get your life back . They also sell lots of good vitamins etc and have a special dietician and or can give you the knowledge of what your specific body type needs to remain healthy. They also have special free programs sometime so you can be less stressed, etc . Look for energize on FB , Utube. Instagram. I don't know if that person was talking about another place or something because I have Never seen anything but positive wonderful people. My daughter was in a car accident a few years back... she could barely move her neck and her back was in very bad shape... she has been going to this clinic for over 3 years now and I can't believe how much better she is... it is as if she wasn't in an accident at all! I went to Dr. Meadows a year ago for spinal decompression therapy. I herniated a disk in my neck and was in bad shape. I went to every medical discipline you can think of, nothing worker. I was begging for surgery! I met with Dr. Meadows upon the advice of a friend who had the same injury. I went from not being able to sleep without vicodin and muscle relaxers to being pain free! It took about 6 weeks of going in three times a week, but well worth it. Avoiding surgery was the goal, and it was accomplished. I have a serious neck injury, and the problem is still there, but the treatment I got at Dr. Meadow's office has allowed me to have a normal life again. His staff is very friendly, and they have early morning hours that worked well for me. I never had to miss work to get my treatments. read more

I am so happy with the care I receive at Meadows Family Chiropractic. Dr. Jeremy is very skilled in "health" care, recovery and manipulative medicine. I italicize "health" because you can go for care and get medication to cover up symptoms or have it not be best for one's overall health.... Dr. Jeremy has my total holistic health in mind and I feel very listened to. They are all professional and I get results. The team is friendly and very responsive to my schedule and service needs. I have been seeing Dr Meadows for at least 7yrs... of all things found them on an info mercial show ages ago when my back was really hurting. I finally called, and booked the appointment....What an intensive first interview. To the point that I was whisked off for an mri *that day* half an hour later I was getting that done. I spent most of a year doing the spinal decompression. Wow... what a difference when I don't have to take painkillers to get in or out of bed or to work. I now go in for monthly visits for an adjustment... and even every once in awhile a massage as they have added that to the list of services. I love everyone at Energize! I have suffered from back issues for many years because of my weight and health issues. I felt no judgement and only care and concern for helping me feel better. Doctors Jeremy and Leah along with Dr. Sitka and their staff are amazing! Our first experience with Meadows Family Chiropractic was with our son, 11at the time, who was having chronic migranes. They were confident that they could help releive the migranes and in a weeks time he was already feeling better. This fall I began tretment, not because I was in pain, but because I knew that my pain from an accident 12 years earleir could flair up at any time. I have been going to Meadows Family Chiropractic since they opened. Over the past 10 years, I have had a number of sports related injuries and a couple of car accidents. Every time, I have gone to see either Dr. Leah or Dr. Jeremy, they have given my injuries the personal attention needed to repair the damages as quickly and as painless as possible. I have had a very positive experience. I never had much faith in chiropractic medicine until now. When I arrived on the first day, I had constant daily pain. And now a few months later, the curve is back in my neck and my pain is minimal and occasional. The whole process is explained from start to finish with easily managed goals. Came to Kirkland to visit family and due to an injury, needed to continue chiropractic care. Called to try to get appointment, and they got me right in. Aubree and Kazarh, cheerfully greeted me at front desk. Dr. Jeremy and Dr. Michelle checked me out and did great adjustments. Then Sarah took me back and set me up for Decompression. She was great explaining the procedure and getting me set up. My regular chiropractor at home wasn't set up to do decompression, but recommended it to me. Prior to coming to Meadows Chiropractic, I had chronic pain in my neck and in a spot on my middle back that just hurt to touch. Dr. Jeremy is very experienced and a great chiropractor, I feel better after each neck and back adjustment. He created a detailed 3 month treatment plan for my neck and mild scoliosis, and was very patient with explaining the details and answering any questions related to the initial exam. The full body X-rays and exams were complimentary, and it gave me a good picture of the treatment protocol that was being recommended. Dr. Leah and Dr. Jeremy have made my life refreshed. I thought, for so long, that my back, neck, and sleeping issues were "normal". They both listen to every concern that you have, they make note of it, they REMEMBER IT, and they actually address them! Some places just do a quick "maintenance", but the Dr. Lin & Dr. Poon target what's bothering you THAT DAY! They make sure to check if it will come back or not too. They also offer this monthly massage package that is perfect for me because I deal with a lot of stress due to my job and previous spinal injury. Names that I used were already publicly available on the business website and in previous reviews and information I learned during an appointment was so generalized, there should be no issue there. I observe a lot going to a place as long as I did and there is a lot already posted on the internet similar to my experience. Whatever...I have revised and reposted my original review to reflect the owners wishes. I stand by the rating based on my experience, and will not be returning. This review is meant to make customers aware of some of the things that I have experienced so they can decide whether on not they want to do be a customer or not. I went to vitality for a few years. Unfortunately, Vitality has a lot of employee turnover and so I saw quite a few providers. Eventually, I started seeing Dr. Williams (the owner). Dr. Williams had a reputation as a top chiropractor but after a few appointments, I was a little disappointed in my experience with him. There are some negative reviews on Yelp from 8-10 years ago that accurately reflect the experience with him and I don't know why recent reviews are positive becuase nothing has changed. Given the owner's request of me to take down my negative review, and the positive review that was posted immediately after my original review, I strongly doubt the credibility of the postive reviews here. I am sure he has gone after other negative reviews the same way he has gone after me, which is probably why there are so few recent negative reviews. I could not describe my expereince with him any better than some of those old reviews, and I wish I had read those reviews prior to seeing him. He was often aloof, distracted and disheveled in his appearance. He complains a lot about his life. He gave a good adjustment, but it was always generic, rather than my targeting problem areas. I would have switched to the other chiropractor, but I did not have much faith that she would stick around given the trend. I am definitely not the only customer that has noticed the red flags and the decline in the experience. When I first started going to Vitality, you could barely find time on Dr. William's schedule (or any provider's schedule for that matter), which is why I initially saw the other chiropractor. Now, you can probably just walk in and be seen with no wait - that should give you pause before coming here. About a year ago, I first considered finding one of my former chiropractors as the appointments with Dr. Williams were becoming increasingly cringy, but Vitality requires you to see their chiropractor to use insurance for massage (which makes it even crazier to realize how many chiropractic appointment slots are available) and I was still getting great massages at Vitality even if it was not with my original provider. Otherwise I definitely would have left sooner. About a year ago, I was optimistic that things might improve, but long term, things only got worse. The mood of the office declined every time I came in, and employees looked more depressed and more burned out and it really made me wonder what was going on. I get people can have bad days at work, but this was clearly a trend and seemed to follow the declining trend of my chirpractor experiene.

Now, I'm being billed an unreasonable and exorbitant amount for treatments that lasted less than five minutes each! How could you change insruance EOB after 10 continuous visits? Why don't you tell me at the first visit????? How could you lie to you customer it's in network but it's not? It's very, very, very unprofessional. Be careful beofre visiting!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm deeply grateful for the team there, and specifically Dr. Chase Waldrup, my sports chiropractor, and Kasey Black and Taunie Leal, my physical therapists, who never gave up trying to determine the root cause of my issue and help me solve it. Along this journey an MRI revealed the underlying compressed disk on a nerve root that was causing most of my symptoms/pain. Yet I wasn't told to sit down, stop training or accept the pain, they just took it one day, one adjustment, one treatment and one exercise at a time...and their team had constant discussions between all the offered modalities/practitioners available at Vida till we found our pathway together (massage, PT, acupuncture, chiropractic, nutrition AND naturopathic medicine...I used them all during this process). Every step along the way we had one ultimate focus in mind...how can I get back to being pain-free and in OPTIMAL health (so I can get back to being an pain-free athlete again)?!? Together we did it! The craziest part is all of those services are in ONE PLACE, Vida Integrated Health in Kirkland. No egos, just collective care for the full human.
