I went there few weeks ago. Nice place and friendly staff. The only issue I had was with the massage therapist leaving during the massage so many times to answer the question honestly or talk to Clients and even talking in the room with other employees while doing the massage. The pressure was good as I requested a deep tissue massage but I could not fully get relaxed with her in and out of the room. I may try them again and see. read more

I've been coming here for years and have had amazing massages, i think they changed owners because this seems to have turned into a different type of "massage place", was just coming in for a quick massage due to my upper back being in a bit of pain. Booked for a 30 minute which ended up being $65, she "massaged" me for about 20 and during that time she just caressed me and didn't do any massaging. She also pulled the sheet completely off me and just primarily focused on my butt and kept going in between my legs which made me pretty uncomfortable. On top of that they normally use regular massage oil but she ended up putting coconut oil all over me. Highly disappointed and such a waste of money. Something similar to this happened to me last time i was here but i thought it was just the girl who was massaging me and decided to give them another chance, will not be coming back here again. read more

If you don't have a mask, they will provide a disposable one. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. They made sure we felt comfortable with their sanitation efforts and provided a calming and relaxing space for our couple's massage. If you like a strong massage, this is the spot! I'm actually not sure what kind of "massage salon" this is. I made an appointment on the phone and asked for a 90 minute massage with hot stones and was told they would throw in the hot stones for free. I got there a little early and she took me in right away and just put me in a room and told me to get undressed. The massage consisted of her rubbing oil on my body with most of the focus on my booty almost the whole time (I left my underwear on but she pulled them down), there wasn't much actual massaging just rubbing oil. The massage only lasted 60 minutes, which at that time I was OK with. There was no hot stones. When I went to pay the price said $70, but she was insisting that I give her $90, they only take cash or Venmo. just seems a little shady. She was insisting on a $20 tip. read more

If I could give this place 6/5 stars I would. Nancy is my favorite masseuse in the area. She's sweet, thorough, and she may be small but don't underestimate her strength! She will work with you on specific focus areas of soreness or pain and she does such an amazing job. I live in California but every-time I come and visit my family in Washington I make sure to see Nancy! And I always treat myself to a 90 min massage on my birthday with her. Definitely recommend Green bow! The facility is extremely clean, comforting, a quiet environment and peaceful music. They also offer complimentary hot stones for the body massages. I'm in Kirkland on the rare occasion and noticed this place. After finishing my business in the area on Tuesday evening I still had time before heading home to head home to Kent. I thought "Mmm, what about that massage place I noticed earlier? I haven't had a massage in 6 months". But really I felt a little uneasy, given that I've had some less than great experiences at such places due to high noise, cold ambient temperature, a little too much grime here and there, things like that, and I'd never been to this place. But Greenbow Massage WAS NONE OF THOSE THINGS. Just opening the door gave me a delightful tingle and began the journey. Just the door chime - very subtle, very gentle, very pleasant - started the pull toward a better mood and a relaxed frame of mind. (I've been to other places and it's the door chain/bell thing clangs like a broken cymbal on the glass and door frame as if announcing a car crash; ugh). In the next few steps I felt and noticed how warm and gently lit the the small lobby is. And then I met the key factor to any experience - the staff. Proprietor or masseuse or both I don't know, but she was a delightful person: smiling, attentive, evidently happy to see me. (I know she was happy to see a customer, not just me, but still her energy and vibe was wonderful). It was a brief interaction as the pricing was clear and I made my choice. She took my temperature and went away. I could hear here saying something to another staff in a distinctly feminine and excited way. It was happy and delighted chatter about something I don't know; it didn't have to be about me. I just liked the energy. Five minutes in and I'm liking it...a lot. There was a flurry of activity as they made things ready. The massage room was well heated, a gurgling fountain could be heard, the deeply relaxing background music was great. "Julia" was completely professional but I also liked her touch and person very much. She knew all the steps, she laughed at a bit of small-talk, we were comfortable together, and most importantly she worked on me with obviously strong hands and experience. And she worked hard. No slacker or burned out person here. In my heart I began to really appreciate and admire her: a nurturing, caring, happy and hard-working woman. I thought to myself, "I hope she enjoys her time off and they pay her enough, because she is a gem." I included the "shower" after the massage, intended to rid my body of the oils used. That was a little weird - I felt like an invalid baby or elderly person getting a bath - but ok, it did the job. The soap was really nice, as were the clean white fresh towels and warm water. Still I might just prefer a stand up shower in my own house when I get home. Overall my experience on Tuesday evening was fantastic and if I'm in the area again I will treat myself again at Greenbow Massge. The two women I met running and working in this establishment are wonderful, the lighting and amenities set a perfect mood to the place, and the body-work was highly enjoyable and effective. Overall it was excellent value. Somehow I felt I was getting the far better deal. Anyway, I walked out of there glad I'd taken the time for myself. I predict you will too. read more

Went on a Monday with a friend. They took us into the joint couple massage room 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment (we were early), and we settled down. We both got the 60 minute massage, and deeply enjoyed it. They used hot stones (they asked first if it was okay), and popped some bones. Went in with a sharp pain in my back from too much work in the yard. The therapist did an excellent job and was very mindful of her pressure, verifying at many points that the pressure was not too hard. I chose to have her walk on my back and I'm glad it did. The added pressure helped work out the kink that I had. Hand-holds on the ceiling allowed her to regulate the pressure and keep her balance. A great experience, I'd recommend it. read more

The massages are generally quite good, with some variability between the different masseuses. The staff are friendly and attentive. The environment is relaxing and meditative. I would recommend it. This doesn't look like a fancy place from the outside but the level of massage therapy was very skillful. I called and asked for a 90 minute massage and was told they were available right away. After filling out a detailed intake form, I was lead to a warm treatment space with a comfortable table. Amy was my therapist and she was absolutely professional. Her touch was firm and purposeful. Anything she did, she did with therapeutic intention and a healing touch. Her skills in draping and keeping things covered were impeccable, neat and non-intrusive. Very good deep tissue full body massage. I go here about twice a month. Nancy is the only person I will goto for a massage now. I had a lower back issue a few weeks ago, so I went in and told her about it. It was soooo worth mentioning to her, my back feels much better. I usually get the $60 hour long massage (not the cheapest in the area, but worth every penny). The environment is very relaxing and clean. I booked an appointment with Nancy because of the positive reviews and was not disappointed. I called for an appointment and Nancy speaks decent English, so it was easy to negotiate a time. Upon arriving, the facilities were very clean, and calming music played in the background. Nancy was welcoming and made me feel comfortable since I was new to their studio (I say this because it is not a shady "parlor" but the real thing). Because I work out, I had a lot of knots in my back muscles and it has been a couple months since I had a massage. Nancy patiently worked through the muscle groups with a lot of deep tissue pressure, yet she stopped just before the point of being painful or uncomfortable, and would revert to soothing strokes. She spent a good hour, added hot stones, and was perfect at draping and ensuring that I was warm and comfortable. My wife is a massage therapist, and I have had many massages from other places, so I have experience and fairly high standards. This was one of the best massages I have every had and Nancy ensured that I had got value without skimping on the time. She worked hard and I tipped her $20. As I got into my vehicle, Nancy hurried out and told me that I had over-tipped since two bills were stuck together or I miscounted. While I told her to keep the extra $20, she was insistent on returning it. That level of integrity is rare anywhere. I would highly recommend Greenbow to friends and I will be going back on a regular basis. They are very professional and know what they are doing. read more

This is a nice, quiet, clean spa with great massages. I've been here many, many times. They play very peaceful music and the people working here are very, very good. Be sure and mention the places where you have pain. If you have a headache or lower back pain or just muscle soreness they will tailor what they do to where the pain is and it has always made it better for me.
