Very professional. Dr. Pace was very knowledgeable, as I was nervous and reluctant to try Chiropractic services even though I sorely needed it. He was very informative and talked me through everything he was doing to diagnose me then explained which bones and joint's needed to be adjusted. Dr. Pace is very good at what he does. Now for the office. When I walked into the office I got an immediate sense of calm and relaxation. The music was low and soothing. The colors of the office immediately instilled a sense of calm. The many plants throughout the office were all real and had the certain pop of colors that is needed for the mostly soft brown and mustard decor. The plants were a very nice touch especially the health of the plants and the vines were really neatly placed and had a perfect fit for the office. The office was clean and as I stated before very soothing. They did an awesome job at decorating the place to promote calm and relaxation. I met the message therapist Kristin and she was mellow calm and very warm and inviting. I Made an appointment with her as well. Since my appointment was late in the day, I didn't get the pleasure of meeting any other staff while I was there. Even though my appointment was an "Intake" meaning I had never been there before, Dr. Pace took his time and even ran over the time limit a little as he was very thorough and precise. He did many tests to see where I needed the most work. I have over my career been using my body as a forklift and not being kind to it. I made it to where I have limited movement in my neck as far as twisting my head from side to side. After the initial adjustment I have a way better movement of the neck. It was nice to be able to have a full range of motion again and it removed allot of tension in my neck. Now for one of my pet peeves for most businesses I visit either restaurant, gyms, Dr's offices etc. is the cleanliness of the restrooms. The restroom was very clean, there was no funky smells or trash anywhere. The decor in the restroom was soothing and calming. The floor was cool as it was all pennies laid under resin pretty neat. The floors in the office front waiting area was like a straw like woven material. Really cool and fit very well with the rest of the decor. Even the walls were really well done. Looked like wood paneling maybe? But very well placed. They do have a few things for sale by the main desk but they don't shove it down your throat like many Dr's offices that do health and wellness do. Another pointer I would like to make is Dr. Pace I think could sense the fact I was reluctant but he took the time, as again stated earlier went over the allotted time frame and I was the last appointment of the day which meant he had to stay late, but took the time to explain his background and some of the things he had done. I'm a very large guy 6'4" 387 lbs with dense bones and muscles so hard to work with. He explained how he had provided care for people such as professional football players, dock workers, truck drivers. People that abuse their bodies such as I have. Even though he is a smaller guy he moved me around and got my body to do what he wanted easily and without pain. Don't mean to be long winded but I like to be thorough. Will I go back again? Absolutely I have my next several appointments already planned. Even going to make some with Kristin. If you are in for things like crystal healing and focusing they have a person for that as well, I don't remember his name and he wasn't there when I came to the office, but just knowing they have that is worth it as they move all over the healing related areas of health and wellness. I do also know they have 2 message therapists but again the other was not in the office at the time of my appointment. Is it worth it? Most definitely. I found Dr. Pace by pure coincidence one day seven years ago when my neck was in severe pain. It was later in the day and his practice was a few minutes from closing, but I decided to try my luck anyways. I called his office and he picked up. I explained what was going on and he agreed to see me without hesitation. He was very friendly and empathetic in-person. After he adjusted me, my pain subsided later that evening and was gone the next day. I've been going back to see Dr. Pace since then because he is the best of the best. Since I started going to see him, a lot of my reoccurring problems with pain have gone away for good. I discovered Pace 1.5 years ago and honestly, I enjoy going there not only for the work that gets done, but also for the conversation. Anyway, I do powerlifitng and body building, so I usually have imbalances or other joint issues, and that's just part of the sport. Pace is the only chiropractor I've been to that actually takes time to do a full 1 hour assessment. It was humbling to learn that I had other imbalances aside from my hips after my first visit, and while I'm still working on those, he's been AMAZING at teaching me how to properly correct and stabilize my muscles. I woke up this morning with extreme lower back pain and decided looked up a local chiropractor, I luckily stumbled upon Positive Chiropractic and Wellness. I arrived at PCAW a little early and began chatting with the receptionist and Dr. Ehren Pace, he seemed very interested in my issues and what led me into their office. During my examination and realigning Dr. Pace was very thorough and detailed in what he was doing and why he was doing it. I had the strong sense that he didn't want to just do his job he wanted to educate you so that you were informed and not just satisfied with his work. I can honestly say I left there today with a greater understanding of what is causing my back issues and ways to alleviate the issues over time. I met the Chiropractic Dr. Ehren Pace randomly one day. We had struck conversation and started talking about how I was new to the area, a FireFighter and a competitive snowboarder, with numerous neck and back breaks and compressions. I made a comment about needing a chiropractor but finding it hard to trust most and he ended up giving me his card. Needless to say, it was a fabulous choice. Dr Pace is extremely thorough and takes his time with his patients. I am picky because I feel like so many others I've been to, are a snap and crack joint, in and out, and push through clients very quickly. This however is not Dr Pace's style. We discussed all of my previous injuries and addressed all of my problem areas and health concerns. I never felt rushed. My body feels fantastic. I decided to go see Dr. Sudore after I hurt my back doing some heavy exercise. A friend of mine recommended me to her practice. She spent the time understanding my back/shoulder issues, making adjustments and providing stretch exercises to do in my own. Unlike other chiropractors, I got a much better sense of progress as weeks went on and the number of weekly visits decreased. Additionally, there is definitely a sense of positive energy when you visit her, not something found at other chiropractors either. I've been going to the office for about a year, initially for acupuncture with Dr. Jin, and started seeing Dr. Sudore a few months later for chiropractic. They've been instrumental in my recovery from spinal problems and a flare up that caused my shoulder to atrophy, and were able to offer me relief and progress in a few short months that a year+ of going to my doctors at group health and taking their drugs and undergoing minor surgeries could not. The folks behind the counter are kind and courteous and take the time to get to know you. Their willingness to work with my tight budget during some of those tough times has also been a great source of relief, knowing that I wouldn't have to sacrifice my health and well-being if I happened to be a few dollars short. I had frequent headaches for years now, about twice a week. Ibuprofen was the only thing that helped. I was so tired of taking meds so I was happy to have found Dr. Pace. I've previously had acupuncture and chiropractic work done on me and either felt nothing or felt MUCH worse to where I could barely walk the next day. I was desperate and in a ton of pain the other day so I tried dr Jin for some acupuncture... it took my pain from like a 9 to a 6! The cupping really helped. She took her time and was gentle and listened. While I was there the chiropractor that owned the place talked with me about my pain so I made an appointment with him. He took a long time getting to know me and my body and pain. He told me why he wouldn't be using the same techniques that previous doctors have. And I feel a LOT better the next day!! Thank goodness! Previously, I wrote a high praise review about this chiropractor, and I don't retract most of what I've said, however, subsequent experience with him has changed my opinion of his practice considerably. Specifically in regards to COVID 19, IT DOES NOT FEEL SAFE. When I entered the office today, his office staff was not wearing a mask and neither was Dr Pace. He asked me if I'd like him to wear a mask, and when I said yes, he got a mask, put it on, then stated it's no longer necessary to wear masks. I realized early on that he and I were never going to agree on this issue, and I suggested that we simply get on the with the purpose of my visit- a chiropractic adjustment. Unfortunately, Dr Pace wouldn't let it go, and he kept arguing his point. After we argued more, I suggested AGAIN that we simply get on with the adjustment, because we're never going to agree on the issue. We did yet another round of arguing, when I finally decided his practice is not the right fit for me, so I left and I will not be back. To be clear, Dr Pace is gifted practitioner, so it's unfortunate not to receive his services, however, I have felt in many of my visits with him that he lectures, with great authoritative posturing, beyond what is necessary for my visit. I could ignore this quirky personality trait in the abscess of a pandemic, but as we will be dealing with this issue for some time to come, I need to see a chiropractor who respects the wishes of their patients and puts their patient's safety first. read more

I'd never been to a chiropractor before, so I was a little hesitant. I had (yes, had!) sciatic nerve pain on my right side. I couldn't walk my dog more than 10 feet without pain that would bring tears. I had to work from home (very glad to have that option) for a week. A couple friends recommended going to a chiropractor, so I thought, why not? It can't get any worse. From the moment I hobbled into the office, barely able to step up from the curb, I was met with concern and compassion, but more than that, an attitude of let's get in there and fix this. Did I mention I avoid doctors at all costs? I had the privilege of getting treatment from Drs. Pace Cuevas. They both explained everything they were doing and why before they did it, and I never felt rushed. In four visits I could walk with almost no pain. Dr. Pace even did an eustachian tube adjustment when I mentioned I thought I was getting an ear infection. No infection now! Such a relief to fix stuff that is getting in the way of my living my life. Now whenever I see women putting their hands on their back after lugging the toddler around, I think, why aren't more women going to chiropractors?! This is a unique chiropractic office in that Dr. Sudore has teamed up with wonderful massage therapists and acupuncturist. I had an injury on my upper back/shoulder area and Dr. Sudore has done wonders. I have also gone to Kristin (massage therapy) and Dr. Lori (acupuncture) at the same office to heal my pain.
