I called and asked if I had the correct time and date and I did. The receptionist admitted it was her fault and had a project estimator (Kolby W.) come out at 6:30pm. He claimed he couldn't give me a good quote because he didn't have time to prepare and he said he would come by Friday at 5pm. It is now Tuesday and I never received a phone call' e-mail, text, smoke signals or snail mail. This shows me what kind of company this is. I wouldn't accept a quote from them now even if they said they would do it for free.

Weekend goes by and by Monday we still have not heard anything. My boyfriend calls him a couple times and is ignored. He answers my call and says he has not been out there yet but will and have our report to us in 2 hours. 2 hours go by...NOTHING. Call him, nothing. Wait and call again, nothing. He ignored all of our phone calls and KNEW we need this report. I wouldn't be upset if he hadn't guaranteed us his services by a certain time. Instead he completely ruined our time. Do not call Greg for any of your roofing needs.

He provided a temporary fix while assisting me through a homeowners insurance claim repair due to the damage being caused by a tree limb falling on my roof. On the day of the work a six man crew completed a whole tear down, deck repair, and shingle replacement of a whole side of my roof in a matter of hours. They did an excellent job cleaning up after the fact as well. Although the particular type of shingle was not the same as those originally installed on my house it looked nearly identical so as to not be noticeable. I was extremely satisfied overall and would not hesitate to recommend this company to others or use them again in the future.

The only problem we had was communication. They are very hard to reach. Their office clerk Mandy, was extremely helpful. The telephone goes to voice mail if she doesn't answer, but she does call you back the day she gets the message. Usually the next day. They're lucky to have her. The Gutter Guys came out to replace it. They did a great job of replacing and cleanup. We highly recommend Gutter Guys for your home or business issues. They do professional work.

I have been in the construction industry for 30 years as an electrician. I have seen many things…read morebut this experience ranked with the worst. Damaged brand new shingles and fascia. Tried installing new gutters without repairing roof or drip edge and over bare fascia without notifying me there was no fascia metal under existing gutters they removed. Damaged their own product and left it installed. Sent a bill after forgetting half the downspouts. Relocated downspouts after being instructed twice and then tried to patch. I had to make them comeback 3 times to make repairs to a new installation. I hired them to install fascia metal because I knew that was not part of the price, but they couldn't even install that properly. They were hired through a general contractor who finally got tired of me complaining and decided to pay them and finish the repairs themselves because they were tired of dealing with them. $4,000.00 worth of work that someone else had to finish. They even tried to charge late charges before there corrections were even made. I would not hire these guys to put roofing or gutters on a dog house. Stear clear of these morons. I only gave them 1 star because it did not give me the option for none!

It is up to a company whether they want to do work for someone or not, however the lack of response after stating they would do the work is the worst in customer service. During the pandemic they have also came to us in our time of need . When everything shut down and we were ready to reopen they came and sanitized everything. So we knew we were in a safe environment. The only thing that I would love to change about the situation is the fact that it took until October to finish things. I would have loved to have been in the house several months ago. I was guessing since they finished the roof so quickly, the interior would be just as fast.
