Great smoothies. Everytime I come here the atmosphere is wonderful. Pink sunset is my favorite!

We got there at 6:15 (they close at 7:00) when we got there there was a sign that said "we'll be back in a few minutes" so we waited and waited till we realized it was 7:00 they never showed up.... but get this after we saw them in the back of the store the entire time! Honestly I'm shocked to see this spot with a 2 star rating. Having almost zero legitimate smoothie spots in Bremerton we decided to give Energy Island a go while running errands in Silverdale this weekend and this was a solid win for me. They're located at the food court end of the mall (if you can really even call it that anymore) the old Cinnabon spot. I was thrilled to see the menu options which gives you a three way split of options that I'd sum up as follows: Jamba Juice type all fruit smoothies, Orange Julius ice cream based smoothies and healthy protein or greens smoothies. We tried the Sunkiss and Paradise Peach both were wonderful compared to the other options we've had recently and I'll absolutely be back. read more

I arrived at the mall. The open sign was on. I waited for five minutes because there was a sign that said will be back in 30 minutes, and I was not sure when that was placed on the counter. I have since been sitting at a table waiting for another reason For about an hour and no one has showed up I can't give a good review because I've had no service to review. there is currently a sign out that says "back in 15 minutes" i've been waiting for over 30 minutes now. this is the THIRD time i've come that there has been a sign that says "back in __ amount of minutes" and i have waited DOUBLE or more of the amount of minutes said on the sign just because i come from the other side of a town over to get a smoothie here and end up leaving because the person just never seems to come back. they are great smoothies but i'm getting frustrated with the service that they provide because that's just ridiculous. there have been 6 other people wanting smoothies come and go as well so i hope the owner takes note of all the missed business. read more

The pricing changes depending on who's behind the counter, I get the same drink every time sometimes it's 6$ and sometimes it's 9? The manager of this place needs to fix that issue. 9$ for a smoothie that isn't all that great? Geez read more

Honestly, I'm surprised there aren't any other reviews on here about the rudeness of the employees. I think there must be high turnover rate in this place because I rarely see the same person working, and they are all grumpy and rude. There is only one girl who is nice there and I wish I knew her name, but I've only seen her here twice. The others all need to learn to be a little more pleasant to customers, in my opinion. I'm always friendly to workers everywhere, and I just always leave here wondering what the heck their problem is. read more

The smoothies are great!! My issue is with the pick three or four items. Most of the time I pick the base ( juice, milk, soy or vegatble base)which should be included ( not as your three picks to add- I always pick juice , then add my three fruits). There has never been a problem, until last time I went. Someone I have never seen before was getting upset as I was explaining that I had never been charged for the base and had it included as one of my picks. I was upset and told them I won't be returning. They have great drinks, but base shouldn't be included as one of you picks unless you adding extra juice, milk, soy products, etc Example for a pick three-- I like a pineapple juice( base) then add strawberries, peaches, coconut flakes Again never had an issue until last time I came to get a smoothie. I waited at the counter for 10 mins and finally rang the bell I could hear employees talking in the back and no one came to take my order so I left terrible service would've given them 0 stars but you have to give one! read more

This employee did not seem to know what customer service was. The service was very slow and she didn't even acknowledge us during the drink making process. I asked for a black and white mocha, and what she gave to me was chunky and not completely stirred. I do not plan on going there again when there are so many other options with much nice, talkative, and all around professional options around. read more

The smoothies are okay. It's not fresh fruit but rather a real fruit blend that comes in a carton. They have a huge selection and many many add ons. I gave them three stars because they are good but for the price it's just not worth it, in my opinion. I can go down the street and get a smoothie with actual fruit in it for the same price. read more

The prices and taste of the drinks here are varying to put it mildly. They seem to allow a wide berth for judgement in proportions so even if you find something you like you will never have it again. I wish it was more formulaic so that I could hone my own taste as apposed to getting whatever it is the felt like making that day. read more

I normally stop by during my breaks I get the same thing everytime. I was helped by a very sweet, young lady named Brooke. She was pleasant and helpful. I got something a tad bit different at her suggestion and I prefer it. I will continue coming and getting that drink.
