I called customer service (?) to have someone mark our propane line and they scheduled a service. He never showed up. I then changed propane companies and notified Amerigas and asked them to remove their propane tank. After three calls, I was advised that the tank would be retrieved. Nearly ONE YEAR later, the tank was picked up. The next day, I received an invoice for $298. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

You will NEVER speak with someone "in the office" if there is an issue. You speak with a foreign call center. Even the employees that work for them (drivers) are so disgruntled they speak poorly of thier own company. The load out and transportation or fairly uneventful up until the point, of arrival for delivery in Montana. My U-Box arrived a day late and without prior notification that they anticipated it to be delayed. In addition there's no transponder/tracker on their boxes so please be aware. They literally have no way of telling where your box is at any point in time. It may be worth it to put some kind of your own Apple tracker inside. Because I always Pack Light I did not have any fragile items that required packing pads. They did wrap my bicycle in one blanket securing it with tape. My items did arrive intact eventually a day late. They did remove $50 for that inconvenience. However at that point the moving company that I had arranged to assist me with unloading my items I had to cancel. And reschedule them for two days later because they were unable at the last minute to adjust because they had other moves on their schedule. You Haul did not accommodate me for that. They did deliver the U-Box to my residence without charging me the $200 delivery fee. I do appreciate that. However when I received my final bill after they had retrieved their U-Box they had charged me $108 apparently they believed they have provided me with 24 packing blankets. They absolutely did not. They provided me with 12. I also returned all 12. I had to file a claim with them stating that there's a discrepancy that I did not receive 24 blankets at any point in time during the move. I find this to be ridiculous that they would charge me for something that I absolutely positively did not receive. When I tried to remedy the situation I had a very unpleasant conversation with a young lady in the office. She had an attitude from the moment that was very unprofessional. I am not sure if this was racially generated or if she simply was in a bad mood. She definitely was not helpful, refused to give me a receipt told me it would be emailed to me I still have not received it. And stated that she would write the necessary email stating that I did not receive 24 packing blankets. It seemed as if I was causing her a great inconvenience. I found her attitude to be unprofessional, I'm becoming and a for representation of the business. I can honestly tell you I would not recommend doing business with you all. Have rented trailers several times for a few hours here and there during the day. Was denied today for not having working runners which they installed originally. Aside from one or two employees, not very friendly or courteous.

I just made the switch from Energy Partners to PSI. EP gave me an estimate for a new regulator,…read moretank upgrade, and associated work that seemed overly expensive. I then pursued the same quotation from PSI, come to find out, this switch was going to cost thousands less. Furthermore, when I inquired about receiving back the pro-rated tank lease fee for half the year, EP said NO. They also wanted to charge me $130 to come get their tank?! I'm glad I made the switch. I never take my time to review any companies, ever. I've made an exception in this case. People should be warned about EP's business practices.

I understand that ratings can vary, but there is no reason to be rude to customers who ask thoughtful questions. Instead, be supportive and customer-driven. Work on your sales approach. If your front office acts this way, I can only imagine what the back office looks like. How we do anything is how we do everything.
