These guys are the absolute BEST! No joke. Tom came out to give us an incredibly reasonable estimate for a total of six windows, one of which was of substantial size. Once manufactured, Rick and Luke came out for install. They did a fantastic job and it went a lot faster than I was anticipating. Great customer service all the way around. Very good work deinstalling old front door ,storm door and old frame then installed new frame, front door including storm door ,looks great and the cost was fine for the entire project even though took 8 weeks for shipment and to meet specs including what we expected, this is a one stop shop. I am giving the company a 5 even though we had a very small snafu. I moved into my house in November of 2019 and had to wait until spring of 2020 to get a whole series of windows replaced in my 20 year old house. My salesman took the time to create an individualized "diagnosis" of each window in my house and assess whether that window needed immediate repair. We chose to replace about 20 windows out of a total of 42. This took a lot of time. I am told some companies will just quote replacing all the windows of the house and won't do an individualized assessment. My salesman was great, not rushed, and he spent a lot of time explaining what was wrong with the existing windows and how new windows would work. My order got bogged down because of the Chinese virus mess. One thing I particularly liked was that they were able to install new windows without tearing up my stucco and creating a new problem. The work crew was very professional and amazingly fast (once we actually got the windows to install). My husband and I have examined the windows and they appear to be very, very solid. We have had quite a few rain storms since their installation and the windows have been watertight. The windows look great inside and out. I will probably get the rest of my windows done next spring to bring the whole house up to snuff. We did experience a bit of a snafu with the identification of the windows which needed work, but, looking at the big picture, the materials and workmanship was, IMHO, very, very good. I would use them again. I think they are an ethcial company which strives to provide good value. read more

We are so happy with our choice. From the no-pressure salesman to the quick and very professional installation. We had 2 other bids and one was so pushy we couldn't stand to deal with them. The other one was low quality and misleading. Energy pro was up front and had clear costs without the pressure and scams. The guy who installed them was very experienced and respectful. We had an extremely positive experience and didn't hear them talk negatively about anyone else. I can wait to have them finish the other windows!! read more

The sales guy Dwayne was very punctual. He was not pushy. He listened to me as I explained what I wanted done for my house. He then offered a wide range of options for both my windows replacement project and my siding replacement project. After selecting my windows it was only about 3 to 4 weeks for them to be custom manufactured and installed. As an inspector I look at everything closely. These windows are amazing quality! The windows themselves are very well built, and the installation is top notch! I will call them back when my remaining windows need replaced. Also they came with a lifetime warranty which is always nice to have! My siding again was an awesome experience! My wife picked out one color, but later changed her mind. Even though it was just a week before installation, Dwayne managed to get our colors changed to a different color we had selected! We chose an insulated siding. I inspected the quality of the siding as well as the installation. Our siding installer was Nick. Let me tell ya, this guy does seamless work! I nitpick a lot and I found literally NOTHING wrong with his work This guy is a professional at what he does! The siding also comes with a life time warranty. When pricing my siding and windows EnergyPro was the lowest cost of the 4 companies I looked at locally in Kansas City. That was for premium windows and siding with lifetime warranties. Also the owner Dave stays involved. He came out to check and see the finished product and make sure I was satisfied with the work. He also calls to coordinate installation dates and is very considerate of your schedule and making sure they do as much as possible to not disrupt your family routine while performing their installations. Clean up was perfect as well! No mess at all was left behind! All in all, I would rate EnergyPro, their company, and their work a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for windows, siding, or doors. I will be returning to them for my business needs when I am ready to start more remodeling they can help with! read more

They did a great job and their products are wonderful! However watch the installers. They took our fence down and did not put it back up properly. Our dogs got out. Also, are dogs brought cigarette butts into the house. I watched one of them smoke and throw his butt in the grass. I tried to pick them up but I guess I missed some. (Nicotine could kill my small dogs).Other then those two issues they were great. I know that no one is perfect so I highly recommend them. Just have a talk with them about dos and don'ts. read more
