She was pleasant at first then called me back and told me her worker said he was told by the gentleman here that they did not have to worry about there mess he would take care of it, he didn't want them on his property... 1st off there was no man here ( no one was home at all...) 2nd one of the guys was already on the property picking up the big pieces of trash they let go. She said well he did run his magnet over your driveway, There's NO possible way he did with all the nails that were left and we also have 3 cameras that face our driveway 1 points straight down it one across it and the other the front and the only time it picked anyone up was when he was here picking up the big mess! She did tell me they would be here the next morning between 7-8 am I am still waiting for them but when I called her to ask if there was an eta she blew up on me, was Cussing me out and Hung up on me, Again this was all caught on camera, when I told her I am leaving a review. It takes about 6-8 weeks once you order. We had problems with our install on 2 of the trips. The second install the guy left caulk in 2 spots on our hardwood floor. We never called about this because we are planning to resand them. This is very careless on his part because he did have tarps down. The 3rd install the guy who put one of the octagons in never leveled the window. So as they were ready to leave and my husband checked the work it was obviously off center without even placing a level. The guy fixed it before he left. Now that the work is done, we are happy. He said he'd contact the manufacturer and get back to me. Since then, I've followed up multiple times by phone, text, voicemail, and email, with no real response. On the rare occasion I did reach him, he always said he was "just about to contact the manufacturer" but never followed through. It's now been over 5 months with no resolution. Michael was friendly and helpful during the sales and installation process, but if anything goes wrong afterward, it seems you're on your own. Very disappointed with the lack of accountability and aftercare.
