After three months, my daughter's acne actually became worse. They repeatedly gave us encouragement that we would see a big change after the first month. Each month they would push that back and have a different excuse. At our last treatment today (3 month in), we were informed that it takes "4 to 6 months to see results". I do appreciate that they allowed us to end our four-month contract early but plan to pursue some reimbursement.
