We also had some inadequate ventilation. Patrick put a professional, in-depth quote together to upgrade our insulation to R60 and install 2 solar attic fans. When the install crew arrived, Dylan and Angel, were extremely polite and friendly. Install went seamlessly. From A-Z, these Good Attic guys were on top of it all. They even helped me handle all rebate paperwork as promised.

I'm sorry to have to give a review like this; however, it's been 2.5 years since Good Attic cleaned…read moreout and installed new insulation and their work was incomplete and I can't get them to honor or guarantee their work! They originally told me I had baffles and didn't need baffles; when moisture and other problems didn't change with their insulation installation, I called and emailed about the problem and only received excuses/reasons other than taking responsibility. This spring another insulation company came to my door, I explained my situation, that company sent someone to investigate my new attic insulation and reported that NO baffles were installed, so insulation was partially covering the vents. Also "good attic" did not do any air sealing at all! So I called "good attic" and told them. FINALLY, good/bad attic sent their own representative out and he checked my attic. This rep confirmed no baffles or air sealing was done with good attic's installation. The next day I was emailed a quote that good/bad attic would install baffles and do the air sealing for free (NOT free because i already paid good attic for this work which cost me more than $4,000!). With this "free" work I am required to pay an additional $2500 for more insulation to be blown in because of compacted insulation from men going up into the attic!! Their workers will be compacting the insulation when they install baffles and air sealing which should have been done in the beginning! I did see that the reps who came to my home were young men with goid character; however, the boss is not ensuring complete and thorough work is being done, nor is he willing to guarantee his work! ​
