It is upsetting to hear how someone who worked for us for such a short period of time can be so malicious. Most of our employees have been with us for over 10 Years and have had successful careers in both ****************** as well as support technicians. We have recently had a major management change, as well as significant changes to our dispatching and account systems which have proven to be very effective to our customer and employee satisfaction. We continue to strive to provide top notch service to our customers while maintaining a healthy and happy work environment for our employees. This review is not from a disgruntled employee. It is from a former employee who was rendered disabled due to an unsafe chair about which a complaint was expressed and no action was taken to ensure the safety of this employee. As a result, said employee has had to undergo and is still undergoing months of painful physical therapy in order to enable him to walk normally again. It is not a career. There are no benefits...only intimidation and exploitation. It is not a happy and healthy work environment as the company stated. The physical, financial, emotional and mental well-being of the employees is not a consideration. We have our extinguishers, we get them annually inspected as per law. Please do not pester us about more inspections than needed. Be respectful.
