My recent experience with TFP hasn't been good. I am a General Contractor working at various sites, all of which require to be code compliant. We purchased fire extinguishers for one of our buildings along with the FDNY tags. The tags had expired in November of 2022. We received a call at the end of March requesting an appointment for early May to inspect and retag them. With the competitive nature and fast paced environment, we deal with on a daily basis, we depend on our vendors to keep us code compliant. If TFP wants to maintain good relations with customers, they need to be more attentive to servicing their clients. I am hoping that our other projects in your system are up to date. read more

Technician Tom is such a professional. He stops by my office whenever he is on site. He arrives promptly and communicates very well about any issues. All my inspection reports have passed the muster of CMS and The Joint Commission several times over.
