The inspector (Adam) only emailed my husband the agreement at 2 PM, and canceled both inspections by 9 AM the next morning--without giving us time to respond. My husband worked all day/night and did not get him until 3am. Despite me replying right away to his messages this morning, offering to sign myself, and when I was told my name couldn't get added to the agreement I called my husband while he was working to get him to sign the agreement, After telling Adam I would work to get intouch with my husband and get him to sign right away Adam canceled anyway and said, "Best of luck to you." No flexibility, no professionalism, no offer to reschedule, and poor communication. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

After moving in following an expensive inspection, the furnace did not turn on due to a burned out…read moremotor. We doubt that this happened between the month the house was inspected and when we moved in (the house was unoccupied during this time), i.e. it is unlikely that the inspector even tried to turn it on! There was also significant roof leakage both inside the house and in the soffits, with obvious water stains in both areas. As we were out of town buyers, we relied on the inspector to catch such obvious problems. Mainly, we got an expensive home inspection with lots of photos attached and no relevant information from this company.
