However, I am writing this review because of their shady practices when cancelling services. I needed to switch providers since they offer no international coverage when you travel out of the country and need to call home. I called to get my account, transfer pin and let Metro know I would be cancelling services. This is important because upon doing this I was not considered a customer anymore. Fast forward a day later and I am setting up my new service only to be stopped because Metro locked my phone. The new provider cannot do anything unless Metro unlocks it. I try to call, but the customer service line does not answer unless you're a customer. I go into a store and the store manager will not help and tells me the only way they will unlock the phone is if I call customer service but know they won't answer unless I am a customer. I told him that is not right. He told me to buy a new phone and sell the old one. He also justified customer service's refusal to talk to me by saying "they have to spend 20-30 minutes on the phone and since you are not a customer, that's dollars." I bought my phone; I should be able to use it for whatever service I want if it is compatible with a new carrier. I have never left a bad review for any company before, but this should be illegal.

Not only that, but Andrew and Julie were responsive, professional, and courteous throughout. My sister and I initially met with Andrew a few months prior to my mom's passing and he was not only able to handle my multitude of questions, but to gently guide my sister, who had never been through the process before. Both Andrew and Julie handled my mom's services with the highest degree of care and professionalism from beginning to end, and we were able to honor and celebrate my mom in a way that was most meaningful to us.

We found the staff to be empathetic, knowledgeable, patient, and kind in all of our interactions with them. They were also respectful of our wishes and never pressured us to buy a product or package, or upgrade the service we selected. The staff there took care of transporting his body to Spokane, preparing him for our funeral mass, and proactively working with us to ensure all went smoothly. The price was far less expensive than two other quotes given to us by local businesses. Still, the highest standards were set by the staff, nothing looked cheap, and we received personalized service every step of the way. We plan to utilize them again, and will be meeting with them to discuss and prepare for our own services and cremation.

So My grandparents were in touch with funeral home and said they would cover whatever but wanted 80 percent of his body once cremated (which ex wanted cremation). The funeral home agreed to this. My grandparents paid for 2 viewings, cremation, pendants engraved with ashes (very expensive) They then had the ashes sent from Spokane to Missouri. The urn was opened not even 15 percent of ashes in there. Come to find out gave all the ashes to his ex. Idk if the funeral just said all that and didn't except us to check the ashes received. But I thought it was very terrible of them to conduct business that way. I do not recommend this place. And I suggest everyone check your urn to ensure your getting what your suppose to.

When we eventually got word of his passing, over a month later, we were all shocked. His son had been searching for him so he could meet his grandchildren for the first time. Sarah was a true blessing to us. My mother coordinated with her for my uncle's cremation and to have him sent home to us. Sarah was upfront about all of the costs, gave us options and helped us make an action plan. I will forever be grateful for Sarah's kindness and willingness to work with our family through all of us. There is customer service and then there is the care that Sarah showed.
