How can I say this? This place is truly awful and there is NOTHING express about it. I needed to have an x ray done and it's walk in only. I waited 45 mins just to be checked in and then more waiting to have the actual 2 mins x ray. I still am in shock that they consider this place to be express. The x ray tech was nice but decided I needed her input to tell me that what I had done wasn't necessary. She's NOT a doctor. AVOID, AVOID AVOID this place! I came here a few months after I had my baby. I was struggling with lactating and I had all the signs of mastitis. Mastitis is a very common ailment in breastfeeding mothers, especially within the first few months after birth. It was easy for me to realize I had it since the symptoms were textbook. There was nobody in the waiting room when I walked in, in fact, there was not a person to be seen anywhere. I almost walked out because the place didn't look open for business, but I was feverish and knew I needed help. I walked from one end of the waiting room to the other for several minutes and then just awkwardly sat down and waited until the check-person came out to her desk. Check-in wasn't bad, but I had to explain to her what mastitis is, which surprised me because I feel like that's a common infection, but she's not a doctor so whatever. I didn't have to wait long at all to be taken back, so that's good. What surprised me the most this visit was the lack of trust I had in the doctor that treated me. He walked in smelling like he had just smoked, which was gross, and he even had a boxy lump on his chest under his coat, like he was carrying a pack of cigarettes while treating patients. I find that unprofessional. I had to explain to HIM what mastitis is! It's an infection in the breast! Very common in new, lactating moms! His casual response: "What, are you breastfeeding or something?" I was floored. He palpated the area with the infection (a hard lump where it's supposed to be soft) and prescribed me antibiotics and left, like he couldn't be bothered. The nurse was so sweet though. She thought to check to make sure the medicine was safe for me to take while breastfeeding and she also suggested I call my primary or the pediatrician to ask them too, just to be safe. I appreciated that she thought of that. At the end of the day, I'm happy I was able to get the antibiotics I needed, but the fact that I had to explain my own diagnosis to the doctor and was treated like I interrupted his smoke break will stay in my memory forever. Will I still visit this urgent care? Well, the wait time is short and it's around the corner from my house, so yes. I will keep coming back. But I really hope they get a new doctor with a better bedside manner. read more

I went there because i had a terrible ear infection and was in a lot of pain. They completely disregarded that since i had a cold. I was brought to super sketchy back door where everyone was sent if they had any cold symptoms to be immediately tested for covid. Completely fine and understandable but my ear infection was no longer the reason i was there they didn't have a care in the world about me being in pain. In fact they never once even asked about my ear or said anything about it. The nurse took my flu and covid swab and left and said the doctor would be in shortly. The doctor comes in and asked me where i traveled to recently and came to find out he also just went on a trip to Haiti. I said " Wow that is so cool" well come to find out that was the worst possible thing i could've said. I was pretty much harassed and degraded for saying that because all the kids are starving over there and he heard gun shots out side of his room at night and so on. He grabbed his tool to look in my ear and set it on my ear lobe on both sides. Continues to go on about his trip and starts walking out the door. I had to say excuse me sir is there anything wrong with my ear? He comes back in and said nope it's fine. And tries to leave again so i asked is there something i can do because this pain is terrible i couldn't sleep he said it's not pain it's pressure. I said it's stabbing pain is there something i should take to help it he said Tylenol the pain is normal and walked out.....ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE the PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT was DAVE PARSONS me and my family will not be back here unfortunately read more

I directed my mother to this urgent care because it was the closest one to her, but I think I should've told her to just go to the MASH on Sheridan Drive. She went in at noon, but wasn't seen by a doctor until 3:30 PM. She had been stung by multiple hornets and had swelling. She should've been seen right away. Whoever was doing their triage -- holy cr@ppy care!!! I actually had to call ENH Express Care and tell them that my mother is in their waiting room, and they need to treat her ASAP, or if they can't send her to the nearest ER. After that they saw her, but there was no reason I should have had to call and remind them that they need to actually see their patients. There is no reason someone having an allergic reaction should have to wait several hours for a steroid shot. It could've escalated from a non-emergency to an emergency in that amount of time. My mother did eventually get seen and treated, but the fact that I had to call them and demand that they treat her was ridiculous. read more

My daughter went for urgent care for muscular pain. While the nursing and front desk staff were nice, they were prone to some error. The doctor (Dr. Johnson), was rude and I would give him 0 stars if I could. He acted disinterested and aggressively during the whole appointment. The standard of physical conducted was lacking, as my daughter came in for a musculoskeletal complaint and did not receive a standard musculoskeletal or neurological exam. In addition, he rushed through the appointment, didn't listen to her complaint, and refused to answer any questions in a productive way. His body language was rude and displayed profound lack of empathy for his patients. It is extremely important that any medical professional today develop skills in treating their patients, as it is a people profession. I recommend the doctor to keep this in mind in his future provision of care. read more

Borderline 1-2 stars. Go to another urgent care or an ER if possible. Due to insurance reasons, this was my only urgent care option at the time. For my first ENH Express Care visit, I waited a really really long to see the doctor and there were only a few people ahead of me. I'm not sure why I was there for over 2.5 hours given that the doctor was with me for 5 minutes and given the few patients that were present. Urgent cares exist to offer faster care to patients with less serious problems/conditions. I've been to the ER a couple times and had shorter waits. During a subsequent trip to ENH Express Care, my wait time before seeing a doctor was reasonable. However, my experience with Dr. Eric Johnson, was the worst experience I've ever had with a provider. He was miserable, and genuinely had zero interest in evaluating and interacting with me. He spent less than 30 seconds with me in total. You don't become a doctor if you walk into every room with a "can't be bothered" attitude, as Dr. Johnson had. Patients are vulnerable and come to doctors for help, not to automatically inconvenience them. I'd recommend ENH better screen doctors and use patient feedback during staffing decisions. read more

I see why this place has such poor reviews, absolute worst and most unprofessional urgent care establishment I have ever been to. I went in for an ear infection and told them my symptoms, the front staff was nice and I was the only patient there and headed to the back. When the doctor came in he was very rude and off-putting and started interrogating me about where I'd been and where I was from. He then quickly checked my ears (not sure if he even really checked them or not) and told me my ears were fine, then started asking me if I had any Covid symptoms. I said I had a runny nose but that was it, he then came at me asking me why I didn't say that at the front desk, then accused me of spreading Covid-19 around the entire building. After I declined being tested, I then overheard him talking poorly about me to the staff outside of the room. I was then told I had to leave out the back and walk all the way around to the front through the snow. I would not recommend this place to anyone, I wish I had drove the additional 30 minutes to MASH. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. You can see from the multitude of bad reviews you're better off going to a witch doctor than this place. My husband broke his ankle at work. After a couple of hours of pleading with him to get it checked out, he decided (Against my advice and better judgement) to go here after we had a bad experience with MASH Urgent care sending us a bill for something he didn't have done.) to try this place out. We waited about 2 hours to be seen. Not a damn thing express or urgent about this place, I think we would have been seen faster at a hospital. Once he was finally done, he walked out saying they told him to ice it, it wasn't broken. He told me when he was in there the doctor came and saw him and then had to abruptly leave the room and would be right back...but he never came back. A different doctor or nurse came in and was the one that told him there was no fracture. This was on a Friday. Monday morning we get a phone call from our primary care doctor checking in and asking out the visit with the ortho went. We told them we didn't go to one as there was no fracture. They told us they had the x-ray and there WAS a fracture. By this point they said it was too late to bother with a cast. Luckily it was a hairline fracture and he wore tall lace up boots to work so he just made sure to take it easy but what a nightmare. They are lucky we never got a bill for it. read more

My husband was there this morning. You have to understand if he went he was at deaths door. Went early and was the 2nd person in the door. He has had a cough since jan 6th. He went to the dr. but it Never went away. Now chills, fever, cough out of control. He can't breath. Can't walk without getting outa breath. He's been in bed now for 4 days. He NEVER EVER MISSES WORK!!!!!!! For him to even go today was monumental! He was scared that something was so wrong.. He got in and this dr. Shah Sumera didn't even listen to him. He said she never looked up from her paperwork. She said he had a sinus infection and dismissed him. Walked out of the room. He was coughing all over her. Couldn't breath. Never did a chest X-ray NOTHING! Seriously why bother going! I stick up for lockport hospital all the time. Now I get it!!!!! My husband has had lung issues and has an auto immune disorder. Never addressed. I am disgusted that a Dr would dismiss him. Very sad day for us! I will Never go there again! read more
