The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely careful with my vehicle. You can tell they take pride in their work and treat your car like it's their own. The pricing is also very reasonable for the level of detail and care they provide. My car came out looking absolutely flawless--deep shine, spotless finish, and perfectly detailed. I do feel like that could have been said when making an appointment, since I drove around, passing 3 times before I found it. Anyway the owner (forgot his name) is super pleasant and kind. I got that just over the phone. Once there he and an associate came and greeted me at my car. He asked some questions, took my key, and got to it. As he said, he was done within a few hours. I had forgotten to take the stuff out of my car before leaving the house that morning so they had to put everything in my trunk. It was a good amount of stuff so I was thankful he was so gracious about it. I got the full detail which was $175 along with a $25 add on for pet hair. I appreciate him explaining that fee to me as well before hand as well as the tiers for it and what may cause it to go to the next tier, as well as what's involved that requires he add the fee. I have no complaints in the work done and would use them again!

They have lots of good options in the self-serve area including the typical ones of power wash and power dry but they also have some pre-soaks stuff for your wheels and a brush activated to clean them off and the same pre-soak stuff you can work on getting some of the worst grime off. The token machine gives a mix of quarters and tokens so you never know what you'll get. If you want to give your car a quick power wash, this is cost effective and fast. For a better outside wash, I'd go to a place where you can run it through an automated one. The vacuums are ok. They aren't as powerful as some of the service car washes in town and it took a good amount of quarters to get the whole car done. The vending machine of car cleaning products is decently priced if you need something.

This car wash has great brushes with soap for washing the car by hand, and they have a foam wax if you choose the hand wash. I LOVE the do it yourself version, however they also have an automatic car wash option as well. I saw an employee power washing a stall after some one had cleaned an engine. That means they actually care. The vacuums are work, and I have met the nicest people there. For all of us do it yourself -ers....this is a solid find!

It had tapped the mirror and stopped. The car wash stopped and said out of service on the payment kiosk. I easily found the number to call for any issues in the front of the car wash and called 520-999-9810. I left a message explaining what happened and immediately received a call back. James the owner was calling to let me know he was on his way to the car wash and asked me to wait so he could help me with the car wash. He arrived with a friendly smile and great attitude wanting to help. He checked the car wash and verified what happened. Then he watched as the touchless car wash was washing to make sure I didn't have any other issues. Truly refreshing to see that great customer service and attention to details is still around. I will be bringing my other vehicle here for car washes and telling everyone about this great experience! Thank you James!
